Wish I had the time to go through all of these - some of these builds are insane!
You are a sic PC builder. Keep it up dude. 😀
You should call the series ITX Wars
You got that from setup wars?
In the comming month new velkase velka cases are coming
Ive made the dan a4 silver custom cables myself. There is a reddit post on cable lengths and more.
Definitely make this a monthly show. Entertaining and good way to build interaction with the community.
Totally agree
Yeah it would be really nice (maybe by mail, not twitter)
Agreed!!
I feel monthly* would be a little too frequent, I'd imaging most builds would be quite similar in the SFF community.. I'd personally go with a 6 month cadence to help spread things out and allow new hardware/SFF cases to release in between each episode. Other than that I agree 100% this should become a normal part of the channel.
or weekly :D
You probably haven't grasped (till now) how much this channel has inspired the SFF community ... Good one mate .
yes sir! This man is a true hero!
@J Hemphill SFF is the commonly used abbreviation of Small Form Factor, it's not pulled out of their ass lmao.
@@dragonstale3911 lol he is definitely new to pc's let alone SFF systems.
@J Hemphill You should take a nap, son
@J Hemphill lmao boomers truly know no bounds in terms of stupidity 🤣🤣 way to go.
oh yeahhh, wanted a series like this for ages
Yes! We want this to be a series!
@@Genoflesh amen for that!
also check out reddit r/sffpcs if ur interested in that stuff
sir arcana i love you
@@zoonafy hehe
Awesome to see my build featured! (2:50) Agree the cables are a disaster (largely due to running SATA data and power to all my SSDs), but as you said once the panels are on you really can't tell. My justification for the riser cable being jammed down like that is to get the excess down under the graphics card rather than blocking airflow out of the top of the case above the motherboard. And the fan splitter is actually just an insanely bulky way of powering that UV LED strip along the bottom lol.
Love the videos, feels so special to get a shout out! And as a fellow Australian, I hope you're not Melbourne based and are able to stay safe!
The cables at 13:45 are from pslatecustoms.com theyre unsleeved cables
Phil at pslatecustoms makes some awesome cables, highly recommended.
@Amerikanski if i remember correctly that build was posted on reddit and the owner stated that he got those cables from pslate
Easy enough to get them from aliexpress these days custom to whatever length you want for next to nothing.
I recommend getting them from DreamBigByRay on Etsy, just got two sets of cables for $90. That's the cost for only on 24 pin cable on Pslate.
@Amerikanski I have used DreamBigByRay on Etsy. Very well made. Shipped pretty quick to AUS
This is by far my fave PC reaction video as not only are the projects shown amazing, the general tone of the video is very positive which is a nice change from other reviewers who prefer to rag on builders efforts. We need more positivity in the world now so kudos on being a classy guy Ali.
"Mostly email and light web browsing" 😂 give that man a medal.
he's got a motorcycle helmet, I would believe so haha
He definitely said it as a goof 😅
This type of series is fun. It offers creative ideas to try and implement and shows off some cases some of us have never seen. Good stuff
I loved this video, seeing ur enthusiasm for these builds was so heartwarming. Keep up the good work!
Excellent.. enjoyed both seeing the builds you showcased and your comments about them. Would be great to see this as a monthly feature on your channel or at least periodically.. whenever you have the time. Thumbs up!!
I for one would love a series of you reviewing builds like this!
Really like this type of videos! Hope you are thinking of doing more. I like that you are a bit critical of the builds/at least points out potential flaws!
I would definitely watch this as a monthly series. It is nice to see all of the people that you have inspired to go small form factor.
Great to see some excellent ITX/M ITX case builds on your channel while others don't. As far as pc building goes it only becomes more facinating when you are trying to squeeze so many beefy stuff in so small of a case.
WoW! Some amazing creativity on display there! That was fun! Gleaning some great ideas, too. Thanks!
Love when people show off their creations, such works of art!
I basically go to your channel whenever I want to see badass ITX builds
He'll it's about time !!!
Been waiting like an eternity for you to make a video like this where you see other people making ITX built after getting influenced by your channel.
Top top top video.
Do make it a monthly video please. I get to see some amazing sick beast of a builds and improve my pc building experience as well seeing others.
Really enjoy this format. I hope this can get a regular series
Bring this back!!! So fun to watch and see your take!
I wish l had found this channel sooner.... Amazing 👌, keep it up!
Upvote for Monthly Series 👍
Upvote for Monthly Series 👍
Yeah!!
Hey, new to the channel and watching your videos have helped me to build my first ever PC!
Based in Melbourne and I've bought stuff from Taobao a couple of times. I am happy to walk you through how to get stuff from Taobao!
Yes! Keep this series going!
Gonna get my Sliger build on the next episode ;) love this as a series!
I loved seeing all these builds! It would be great if you did this again, because I have two Mini-ITX builds I'd like to share with you. One is a Ghost S1 with hardline tubing!
Top work mate. Straight to the point and not about trying to be funny.
Nice, I love looking at and learning about other people's builds. Adding this to my builds rotations. Thank you! I started an Xproto build after watching your review. I would love to get featured and hear your and the other subs feedback!
Love you branching out to more video formats
I would enjoy watching these types of videos on a monthly basis. So Yes please!
Yes, make this a montly series pleaseeee. This is super ententaining en informative content. I really enjoyed watching this.
Holy heck that was my Ncase and FormD at the start. And yeah I have to agree the bends were... sketchy hahaha. It was my first hardline and in the end I went from that setup to a 2x240 soft hose in the Ncase before moving to the FormD.
Love your videos man. Top notch. I have always been into smaller PCs but your Ncase m1 with the u9s and accellero is the reason I bought the Ncase m1
Love your interaction with the community, keep up the great work/content, just a quick suggestion/request could you please start listing the name of the tracks you use in your videos and posting the info in the description i myself and quite a few others on many occasions have wondered what was that awesome tune that was playing in the background.
Yes, please make more vid like this. Love to see more ITX build.
please do this every month. this might be one of my fav series
Wow, so sick!! Can't wait to do my next ITX build!
monthly series!!!! thx for all the quality content
This series would inspire me again to advance my build :)
I love this segment, we need more user system reviews!
Yes monthly! I haven't build my sff yet but the reason Im confident in the build is watching your vids anyway so you reacting to it would be sickkkkkkkk!!!
I have only been watching your channel for a few weeks now. It has all been great, especially as I will be building my own ITX build soon.
I know it is late but if you haven't got the Taobao cases yet, I can help you out no problem
Def would like to see more. I love smol builds.
Great video Ali, please keep the series going
Please do make this a monthly series. Also thanks for the channel, it really got me into downsizing to a mini-itx build.
Definitely make this a monthly thing
Ayyy that's me! @0:21
Forreal though this series is exciting to watch! I personally was inspired by you to make my first PC an itx build
definitely monthly series this vid was great
Yes! Make it a series! It's so inspiring!
This was a really cool show I would watch these videos every month I am always looking for inspiration
I’d really like to see more of these in the future, just missed sending my own, but I’m quite proud so hoping to next time.
You're a madlad: I have an IceMan Ncase pump-res sitting on my desk right now waiting for the rest of the parts to show up. You're putting out videos on the dual-rad Ncase faster than I can keep up with my own take on it.
continue doing this. we appreciate your feedback and it’s great for the community. good stuff!
Like the series!! very inspirational
That was awesome, some of those builds were completely nuts! I would love to see more builds in different cases if you decide to do a part 2.
Yesss would love a monthly series
Good video, yes you should definitely do this regularly!
would love to see a series - working on a water-cooled, ITX deep learning workstation (not as tiny as most though!) powerhouse and waiting for the new Ampere cards so would love to submit when finished!
I was searching for this video just to see the H210 build again. To me it’s the best looking build I’ve seen.
i like how you give long feedbacks like you really care about this stuff
Definitely worth becoming a series. Cablemod is the big company in aftermarket and custom cables people often use.
This was great, I think it would make for a good montly feature.
I also have the ZS-A4 v2 from Taobao, and I love it. I will say, it's not quite as easy to build in as you might think, but once it's built it is a very tiny case. I believe it comes in at 7.5L, which for me is the perfect size to put in a backpack and take on a plane. It's essentially a slide-out alternative to something like a Dan A4 from Taobao.
The two main issues I had with building in this case were the front panel connectors (luckily, my motherboard came with front panel extensions that made them really easy to plug in), and the fact that if anything goes wrong or your system won't boot, you need to take the entire computer apart to diagnose what's gone wrong. I did actually manage to short the CMOS pins through the holes of the case with a very precise allen wrench, but it wasn't the easiest thing in the world.
It's also worth noting that it supports either one 120x25mm case fan OR 2x2.5" SSDs using the brackets provided with the case.
Overall, great case, minimal instructions on how to build in it or what kind of support it has (for those of us who can't read Chinese), but overall it wasn't a huge headache. As my first ITX build, I'm very proud to have built in it, and I couldn't be happier having downgraded from a mATX case.
I would love if you could get your hands on it and review it! I was lucky enough to score a deal on it from someone in the US, but check out Superbuy for ordering from Taobao, and I'm sure a lot of people on r/sffpc have a ton of knowledge about stuff like that.
A monthly series is a great idea. Although I'm sure your channel has inspired a lot of the current SFF scene, highlighting the achievements of the broader community is a great way to reward them for their efforts and show how many options exist for the mITX platform.
I'd love to see regular installments of this. It's always cool to see what other people are doing and it gives me inspiration for my own builds, ITX or not.
Dude, I love ur custom gaming pc builds. Please make another One!
In my SFF builds that don't have tempered glass, I always use the modular cables that come with the PSU, I just cut them to length to keep everything as clean as possible. It's time consuming, not as time consuming as custom sleeving, but also not very difficult. You jist need a couple mini-fit Jr molex tools like pullers and crimpers and a bunch of connectors. It really does make a world of difference not having a ton of extra cables to deal with.
Good Stuff. Carry on with it.
really love the h200i build, gives me ideas of how too possibly redo mine
Just make your own cables. Its relaxing and fairly easy to do after some practice. This way you can create the exact length you need and it makes for a beautiful look not having ANY excess cabling.
Too bad I didn't make the cut, it looked like you were going for it for a second lol. Oh well, did get to sneak in at 0:55 at least! Great video though man, appreciate it. Would love to see this become a regular series. You've inspired so many ITX builds.
Yay! Make this monthly series!
Can't wait for the series !!
love that white NXZT case with exterior mounted resovoirs. I've never seen that! and it makes for a bubble free loop with easy maintaince as was as looking bad ass.
I might have to steal that idea and put a res external on a smaller ITX case and turn into a handle!
Thanks for featuring my Dan A4 build at 13:14
Also performance PC's and cablemod are everyone's go-to for custom cables
Aww man I was hoping to see some custom H1 cases and mods!
Very keen to see this as a monthly thing.
Please make this a series! It was awesome.
At first I was super surprised that Ali is a Macbook user but the more I think about it and the aesthetic of this channel, it actually makes total sense.
Please make this a reoccurring series. Some beautiful builds! Thanks for the video! :)
16:15 build looks like Master Chief hahah. Awesome
Man at 11:00, that just gave me an idea to do a steam punked h200i case build inspired by that build. I think that would look dope. Painted steampunk style with leather wrapped parts and bright green liquid inside 😍
ayy included my pc, this is the first time im in a video, love your videos :)
congrats!
Definitely make this a monthly series
I'm more of an mATX guy, but I can appreciate the effort behind an ITX build. Also a clean ITX system is super satisfying.
Great video as always 👍😁i hope one day i can have dan case a4 build. Currently using cougar qbx
I've never seen him so much excited in any of his videos
hell yeah keep the CONTENT coming !
We need this to be a series!
Man that 6700k and rx 580 build is frickin insane! Absolute monster! would spent hours looking at it.
about the cable at 13:40,it was very common in the Chinese itx community, chinese name called "电脑镀银线" very easy find in taobao may also in AliExpress,i use it in every itx build of mine, very thin and soft easy to bend and cheap too,a full set cable for itx build only cost about $30 us
Definitely make this a monthly series...interesting stuff
Need more of these! ;)
Macbook? Bro what happened to the surface 😛
I am disappointed. I expected an XPS
I even expected a zephyrus
Surface sucks ass, Macbook rulez
M1 probably lol. Macbooks have their place
@@htko89 not back in July. but I concur, I love my M1 MBA
Nice builds, custom cable wise I got cables for my sliger 550 from pslate customs, not cheap but well worth it.
just watching this video makes me feel claustrophobic. a few builds had decent airflow but yeah, use SF PSUs plz :o
Look forward to your thoughts on the Iceman cooler! I worked with the vendor to make it compatible for the V6 :)
Damn that was fast. Was about to post my own setup tonight :(
Ima try to Mod some acrylic panels into my H200 to fit the gold and white theme I am trying to go for! Hopefully I get into the next video!
