- We take a walk down memory lane and right up Broadway to the beach. We show some of our favorite attractions along our stroll. The Seaside Brewing Co. is our first stop for a beer and we head west to the Pacific Ocean. We pass by the Pig N' Pancake, Dooger's Seafood & Grill, Finn's, Schwietert's Cones & Candy, Dundee's Donuts, The Bridge Tender, Nooni's Italian Bistro and Funland.
We do a little beer shopping at one of our favorite stops at the Hop & Vine Bottle Shop & Tap Room. There we have a few drinks and a few to take back with us to the RV. This establishment has one of the best selections of beer and wine in the area. The service is great and the owner knows his beer as well as the beer tenders slinging beer and pouring wine.
After the Hop & Vine we go head over to The Times for a beer and some food at Sisu Brewing. This is a great location right on the corner in an old theater from days past.

We are Ron and Jodi. We have been together since 1992 and have been traveling and exploring around the Pacific Northwest and beyond the entire time. Please join us as we go rambling around our next 30 years while living our “work hard, play hard” philosophy. We will try to show as much of our adventures, tips and reviews as we can through our journey practicing for retirement.
This channel will be about adventures big and small, weekend getaways traveling in the motorhome exploring our region to flying away on extended vacations discovering new destinations. We hope to inspire others to make time to travel, explore and discover what our land has to offer.
We love to check out breweries, restaurants, local hikes in the area as well as traveling away to see what other destinations have to show us. We take our dogs as much as we can, but some areas aren't made for our furry kiddos.
Not every video will be an award winner but all we need is someone to laugh and enjoy the ride along the way.
Seaside, Oregon is truly a charming and delightful place to explore! 🌊🍻 The variety of restaurants and breweries you showcased looked absolutely delicious, making my taste buds tingle with excitement! 😋 I especially loved the candy store and those tempting caramel apples - I can totally understand Danny's excitement! 🍏 The memories you created on this trip are heartwarming, and I can feel the joy and happiness in every frame of your video. 🎥💕
Your vlog is not only informative but also incredibly fun to watch. Love that town. We use to take the kids there all the time. We always stayed at the Silo Inn right on the water. I miss the NW

Everything looked so delicious! Danny's eyes got so big when he saw the caramel apples in the candy store (his fave!!) And the poke of course :)

It is the worst when a bird gets you. It didn't look like it got you too bad. Looks like such a fun area with so many beers and breweries. Also, looks like it would have fun stuff for kids too like the candy store.
Very kid friendly! Lots more for the kiddos. In the peak of the summer there are lots of fun rides and games then get sick on a belly full of candy...- Ron

Guys so nice to see the coadt here at Oregan, we live at the coast here in North Wales so this tour was interesting, nice pet shop for your doggie outfits 😃The food and drink you showed looked amazing and you can't beat a carousel! Gotta love Seaside! We stayed here once when we got a Groupon over spring break. Loved the shopping, small oceanfront aquarium, parks and of course restaurants. A beautiful charming place that has its own character and makes you feel like you truly relaxed and had fun. Awesome tour 🍻🍬🐚🌊👍👍

Thanks for another great video! Really love the way you guys inform and also keep it fun. Mom used to drop down from washington to visit Seaside every year, and it's been on our list for a while now. Seaside brewing looks fantastic and we will surely hit that up! Thank you for the tour of Seaside. It sounds like you guys have had a lot of great memories of Seaside. There are lots of wonderful restaurants and great food. I loved the candy store. Those Candy Apples looked too good to pass up. I guess Ron would need his beard guard if he ate one those. The Carousel looked like a lot of fun. The twilight images over the beach looked were great. We loved Seaside we don't remember not having that town in our lives we both visited as kids growing up then when we first dated and later taking our own kids. We try to make it once or twice a year and always have a great time. We have probably stayed at least 10 of the hotels or more! 😊 I am sure we will film it again thanks for watching we also did a past video or two with Seaside and several other coastal towns close by so glad you enjoyed hope your a Rambler!!

The campfire and pizza was calling my name (was that on the beach?), great video!
The fire was back at our campsite but you can have fires on the beach here as a matter of fact several of the little convenient store shops at the end of this block close to the beach sell firewood! It is really neat at night to look around and see all the fires! Thx for watching and commenting we really appreciate the support!

What an awesome strip, looks like lots of cool stores and of course the beer and food was well represented in this video😂😂😂😂😂 how was the Butterfinger and Strawberry Shortcake beers? I've seen all kinds of crazy ones but those are definitely unique. Bothe beers were good but shockingly the strawberry cheesecake was really good it tasted more like dessert in a can then beer. Glad you enjoyed at my expense. LoL we really appreciate you watching and your comments!

So which was the best beer ? Strawberry Cheesecake that sounds interesting! Great video and looks a nice place .
It was the Strawberry Cheesecake. The choc-peanut butter was o.k. Probably wouldn't get it again. Maybe get the same style from a different brewery to compare. Both were good for a sipping beer. - Ron
place was a lot more quaint and less commercialized back in the 60's
Oh wow yes we agree with you. We have memories as late as the 70s when it was a quiet little town and the shilo was the big deal. We also have many memories in 80s and 90s when we visited quite often and have seen it grow and change so much but we have seen that with so many towns and cities guess its inevitable but it is still a sweet little place we love to visit with so many wonderful memories. Place is cool but not nearly as packed like in the past. We can see the economy isnt doing well. A bit more thuggery going on with youth and homelessness. Overall still a fun little town. Worth spending a couple days at. Keep in mind its on the coast, so temps are usually much cooler then inland. Bring lots of $$$
Unfortunately almost all out favorite towns a d cities have changed a lot over the last few years sometimes when I say that it makes me feel old I remember our grandparents saying the same thing. Seaside will always hold a special place in our heart and we will still cherish it and visit often. We appreciate you watching and commenting! I bet we have many places you will know. Lots has changed over the years but we are picky when we film this was filmed in early April maybe even late March before Spring break and on a week night it is easier to film. We went last Summer in July and it was very busy everywhere. I would say it compares to every where now a days! Thank you so much for watching and commenting we appreciate you watching very much!
