Scrappy needs a counter rotating ducted fan...that gives you reverse again like Draco. Only way to use all the the power from that 780.

Whoever is doing your website should be able to maintain whatever you have now while they build a new one and then do a cut over.
Taking your site offline for a long period of time should NOT be necessary.
