Using a plastic bag over the head and tape around the neck or inhaling water can get you to that same end place without leaving your house to get nitrous. Brain-injured people are among the saddest cases to care for. I feel for the families who will be burdened with the ignorance of these young people for the rest of their lives, whether it is from dealing with their death or their lifelong care. Watch the 1970s movie Coma.
Bro
I went to school with this guy
Im sorry to hear his mom passing away
He pretty much stayed away from that stuff in school
"Im fine, look I'm taking B12" xDDDD

On a night out in brum most people driving past are doing balloons yikesss
I'd be embarrassed to do that shit in public 😂
Thankfully I have noticed less young men driving around taking balloons then 6 months ago but still much more needs to be done around ladypool rd
Man I'm one of the lucky ones, got into it about 15yrs ago when they were unheard of, after a few months just grew out of it. Had no idea these mfs can kill, injure or break families.
Same. Honestly.
They can't kill. It's harmless. Daft bot
Being a druggie has become popular KMT
I remember trying this thing once and hated it and still to this day I have struggled to find what it so appealing about this dumb addiction
I live in Melbourne Australia and walk through my neighbourhood.
On the main streets and parking lots close to liquor shops I notice soda bullets discarded.
This is not a new thing , sniffing nitrous oxide .
It has become a popular choice for many people to take on a chemical change.
It is exceedingly addictive.
u dont sniff it mate u inhale it
@@obamabarak753 yes I sniffed a rag wet with nitrous and was flying happily into the light ahead........surrendering
My good friend shouted me back from death 💀
A death I was willing to ride to the light ahead.
I have been lucky ☺ 😌
MATE.
@@obamabarak753you sniff it too
@@kimsherlock8969 That wasn't nitrous. Maybe it was a solvent? Nitrous oxide is a gas.
Its the gas bullets used to make soda
You are correct
Carbon dioxide is inhaled for a hit to the brain from lack of oxygen
This is awful😢 should be shown in schools.
Well said totally should there's so much bad stuff the government need to push the sellers more and take a more serious approach the amount of rubbish left too, hospital cost etc.
It affects your spine. That was enough for me. I was out of it. No more. Now we know it’s bad. We stop.
What a absolute mug 😅 common sense tells you it's so bad...
Not worth the high , abused them myself eventually stopped walking . 2 years was bedbound. Through heavy physio i have just started walking again however i have 0 balance + co-ordination. I have to be aided in walking at all times and heavily medicated to treat the pain. 4 different types of medication prescribed daily for pain management , insomnia , nutrient deficiency.
This stuff is crazy I remember this guy who took it when he was driving just straight up smashed it against the pole
Very sad and must say once the large tanks came on the scene. That's what accelerated the ban on this.
Littering and people using a whole tank to themselves a night has ended the fun for everyone.
The little canisters take more time to set up so people weren't abusing it as much as now.
Oh NO! It was ruined for everyone including the 16 year olds that do it in school! Grow up
Find these nitrous oxide canisters sold in any dodgy 24 hour shops in Brum, same shops selling vapes to kids, not forgetting the illegal bigger vapes too.
5 seconds laughing, lifelong sorrow.
It was lovely too see the diversity of brumistan.
Lovely British city
Vitamin B12 is so important when using nitrous
Ima go buy some supplements I don’t plan on doing it my whole life but I’m not taking risk
No its not friend. Because nitrous does not deplete vitamin b12 , it biochemically changes how your body interacts with b12. Meaning no matter how much b12 you take, your body isnt able to take it in because its practically not b12 anymore for a body That has used nitrous for a while. This is a big deal because people think b12 supplements help, no, nitrous make b12 supplements useless as one of the main sideeffects.
It inhibits your body from being able to absorb the b12 itself so the supplements will be a waste of money. Good luck though.
I just treat it as a party thing or celebration. Too much of anything is bad for you. I don’t even have the desire to party every day
Don't blame the drug, blame the user. Every drug can be used safely if you know the dosages and how to use them.
Bro never did drugs tried nitro and forgot how to walk
Nitrous causes Vitamin B12 deficiency which causes weaker muscles, memory loss and anxiety.
I work in a landscape company and couple of projects that I am doing. I have found the laughing gas canisters littered all over tower hamlets. In some of the secret gardens that we are maintaining for private residents. I've noticed a change in the youth growing up. The behaviour pattern. Unfortunately, some Have passed away due to illness and health Complications At a young age. I do sometimes speak about this in Smart recovery and Narcotics Anonymous Everybody has a drug of choice and escape a feel good feeling in Dopamine 1 hit 1 moment. Which changes everything
Confirmed , i live in tower Hamlets too and teenagers are addicted. Its even sold in the school and right outside council building. A myth is here that its halal drug hebce a lot of Muslim kids also use it
I’ve been off this for over a year now. I remember having 2 canisters in 1 night then waking up on the floor on the tiles.
I have been on heroin at 19 for about 5 years in and out of prison I had implants and other things like hospital detox as it was horrible , I started going to Ibiza I would see them sucking on balloons , I thought to myself no way I would rather smoke heroin than suck on gas ,
Let's be real for a sec, heroin is worse in every possible way...
@@TomGiraffe2228 no it’s not , yeah heroin is more serious and harder to quit but there is some hidden side-effects of that NOZ it can paralyse you an make it hard to breathe it can put you on a ventilator, and it can make you lose your mind it’s gas
@@TomGiraffe2228your gonna say i’m crazy but mate
I’ve heard a few crackheads say they’ve tried balloons and that 5second high you
get from it is if not more but on the same scale as doing heroin, there’s a reason why back in the day balloons used to be called “hippy crack “

horrendous drugs, seen so many who got injury from it and others who died, they take it as a joke
I had a friend pass out while he was driving luckily I was calm enough and directed the passenger to stop the vehicle and the driver passed out but was giving cpr by the passenger luckily the driver is alive
It might not be worth it, but it’s something to brag about to your friends, and that’s what’s important.
Man, I pray he recovers, it sucks whippits are a thing
The one and only time I’ve tried it I’ve Been in handsworth, b’ham and was easily able to buy some canisters from a corner shop, the shopkeeper instinctively threw in a pack of balloons for a extra £1. I’ve even seen man taking a roundabout while inhaling it. Nothing suprises me anymore with the youth of today
So the issue with this isn't nitrous really it's that he abused it and wasn't supplementing B vitamins. Plenty of people use nitrous recreationally and very few deal with this specific issue. This is more a rare side effect than a common occurrence.
What's the risk if you don't take it at all?
@@bertiebassett84 Way too much of an oversimplification and the risk is so overstated to the point that anyone who does drugs particularly psychedelics and dissociatives like nitrous oxide, ketamine, mushrooms etc sees this type of stance as completely stupid

As someone who has never done this stuff before and never will. It's heart-breaking to see. Me personally this is why I prefer weed, low risk, probably the safest drug out there but any drug is dangerous If you abuse it too much
Best thing Rishi has done far is banning the trash
It hasn't stopped anything
When a dentist gives people nitrous oxide it’s mixed 50/50 with oxygen so it’s not dangerous compared to taking pure nitrous oxide.

If you know how to use nos its safe. People, dont by the big blue bottles. Those are for cars not your lungs. Buy food safe nos, like those whipped cream 1s. Even better, get medical nos, its hard to find tho. Secondly, take a deep breath of air for every 2 breaths of nos. It doesnt make the high weaker, it just means you wont have a siezure. I personally dont do nos anymore but if you still do, stay safe
