Same here, i used to "thank you" with my turning signals (quick left/right/left/right) but cant do that in my current car, if i slightly touch the turn signal lever the car blinks 3 times, if i try to touch it the other way before those 3 has ended then the light just stops :( So, its not possible to do that quick left/right thank you anymore, i really miss it :S
@@Jeppelelle yeah u could use ur hazzard lights i use to spam it a couple times ;)
@Jesper Andersson run the 4-ways for 3 blinks. This lets us know. (We blink our clearance lights for others)
And do not hit the high beams (a warning we are too close) when we want to know if we are ‘good’ to come over. Just blink twice. 🤩
But I do want you to know that it is appreciated! 👍🏼

You are right, love seeing the snow, it does not snow where I live, so any opportunity to see it falling is like a magical moment for me, thank you so much. We have just had our hottest day 47ºC, I would love to be in your winter; but the snow and ice probably are not the best for you. Hope the driver was okay in the Scania. Love the relaxing time. I don't drive a truck, but I am on the road 9 hours a day 5 days a week.
I'm always courteous on the road. And I have tremendous respect for what you do.
If only everyone had this kind of courtesy and respect for each other on the road, it would make the world a safer and happier place to be.

Do you realise the panic you caused across the world when Pikachu had gone from his seat from 1.03-1.13! We all thought he had fallen from the open window.What a relief to see him jump back into shot at 2.04. I really enjoy watching your videos and seeing your beautiful country. the shittiest thing about clouds... they are photophobic, they never come out verbatim when you take pictures of them, especially in seasons that make them look fantastic.
In low light they all blend together like it's a wall of depression, when it's bright out they just all but disappear.
Sorry, I'm so glad that you have many stalkers - I mean fans and I hope they brighten your day more than the bad drivers upset you.
And yes, the radar is the back seat nanny that saves lives even though you want to run her over when she screams that you're about to kill a balloon

Another great video. May I make a request? Can you make a video showing the driving on and driving off the ferry in detail, including the functioning of the traffic control lights on the ferry? I think it would be interesting, and educational, for those of us who never use a ferry.

The lights are controlled by the captain onboard the ferry, even the ones on land :)
They Always let the trucks go on first, but we are the last that gets to drive of it...on the otherside :)

I am surprised, mid January and still mostly green. Here in Winnipeg, Manitoba we have -25 to -30 C plus windchill and snow. Still enjoy the rides through the countryside and the ferry trip, i actually watched the speed on the ferry.

Well, Sweden is a loooong country. Here in the South we dont get so much snow (But right now its snowing like crazy).
It's amazing what ocean currents do in terms of moving heat around.
Hehe about 800 km north of him @@truckdriver1982 we've snow - Hudiksvall - and it's still about 2000 km left north until you reach the top of Sweden.
But you don't have that damned gulf of American't, I mean Mexico, that keeps the southern parts of the country warm. Without it we would have the same shit like those snowmen does in Alaska. In far up northern Sweden last winter it was
-53°C and the schools were still open and people still went to work.

Great video as usual. Love the scenery. Much of it looks a lot like Northern Wisconsin. You mentioned everyone love snow, we do, does it ever get to - 50c in Sweden?
Not here in the South, I guess we are saved by the gulf stream. But up North it can really drop! :)

Jag råkade ut för en liknande situation som 04:55 när jag övningskörde lastbil (går fordons och transport på gymnasiet). Skillnaden var att den som körde om kom från andra hållet, och kom alltså mot mig på min sida. Jag ställde mig på bromsen, och det var halt, så jag fick lite sladd, men som tur var fick jag grepp igen. Annars hade jag kolliderat med den mötande lastbilen.

Here in the US, truckers commonly have & use a CB radio for truck-to-truck chatter. Is there a similar thing in Sweden?
Sometimes. Not always. We usually use earpieces for that which we put in our ear and then connect our phone to it so we can just press a button it and we can answer calls and listen to music or voice books etc.

15:45 Sanfridssons Åkeri. Probably one of the biggest transportation companies that has their hq in the Vårgårda, Alingsås, Herrljunga, Ulricehamn, Annelund region.
Wonderful pictures. I drive an Actros semitrailer (with forklift) and I wish a fairy came by and enchanted him in a Volvo. Stars belong to the sky and not to the road. :)

I live in part of Germany where Audi HQ is, and the city and surrounding region, 8/10 cars are on the road here are Audi lol! It employees 40k people from the region.

Apparently there are a few of those American patrol cars circulating in Sweden. Found this one through a Google search, and I've seen it (or another?) myself on a few occasions around Stockholm.
