PEAK WEEK/ SHOW DAY

Hey guys, here is my peak week and show day for my pro debut!
Things got a little complicated with the weight cap this year. We had to over-deplete just to make weight and I ended up looking pretty soft on stage. We learn and grow from it! this was the whole point of this prep!
What now? I've got a game plan that I will maybe talk about in my next video. Theres something I want to try again in men's physique before switching for classic physique!
