The first important thing to do is the remove caste based reservation and give reservations for the people based on thier economic conditions... If that's not happening then caste census should be the next step but no political party will do either of the two..

Cast census needed in our Country. Because our citizens divided own self on the basis of caste discrimination. Even though educated persons have discrimination behaviour in our country. Tell me... how will nation be grown and maintain peaceful society..So that caste census too much needed.
I usually never poke in comment section but I have faced attack from my boss he dont know iam sc I have get job in disguise of genral for silly reason for coming late for 2 days which he give permission to come he knows his mind and test failana dikhana I obey his order where is my fault? I have faced in my life 3 times in 4 jobs my only fault is

The cast we think about nowadays is completely different from the varna vyavastha in ancient times
That time Varna was decided asper gunas and not birth
We have proper shloka for that in bhagwat geeta and other texts

Castes can be good to help backwards classes
But it divides people
We should be united to become strong
we already have cultural and linguistic differences its so easy for any party to play on caste , relegion , language and win elections

Caste Census agar huwa to sirf Forward Castes hi nahi, but even kahi saare powerful OBCs ko bhi equally problem ho jayega. Jisse pehle koi kuch bole, me khud OBC me aata hu lekin liya nahi. Kyunki me abroad padhne jaa raha hu aur koi jarurat nahi.
Jo powerful OBCs hai, wo mostly khud bade landowners hote hein, aur social level pe unme aur Forward Castes jese ki Bhumihar ya Rajput me jyada koi difference nahi hota.
As of now, most of the OBC benefits sirf kuch hi logo ko milta hai. For example, Yadav, Kurmi, Jaat, Gurjar etc. akele hi aadhe se jada OBC representation le lete honge. Kitne saare lower-level backward communities to aaj tak 0% pe hai! (Rohini Commission's 2020 report).
For example, recently Bihar me jab khud Nitish Kumar aur Tejashwi Yadav ne state-level caste census karwaya, to usme Kurmi ka population bas 2.5% tha, but government posts me representation almost 8% jitna. more than 3x population batao! Isiliye ab Bihar me RJD waale caste census ke baare me thora kam bolne lage hein. Aur Nitish babu to bhul hi gaye 😂(wo khud Kurmi community se hain)
But iska matlab ye nahi hai reservation nahi milna chahiye. But ek equal tarike se distribute karna chahiye. Caste census fairly karwao, aur OBC ke andar hi me ek EBC ya MBC category, jaha un backward communities ko include karna chahiye jinko proper share mil nahi raha. Bharat Ratna Karpoori Thakur ji ne jese kiya tha.
Chhote jaati ko reservation di jaati hai kyounki unki manana hai unake saath atyachar hua hai. Lekin relegion ke naam pe female pe atyachar hua hai jiski wajah se 65% women are housewives (bawasir) jiske wajah se maximum log family maintain karane me hi rah jaate hai. reservation dena hi hai to female ko deni chahiye ek generation me hi backward log financial strong ho jaayange.
If SC/ST people finds good job and becomes wealth then government should stop all facilities to us. As ST person im proud that i dont take any facilities from government schemes even i dont have Ration card. Coz my dad was a business man even my dad didn't take any government free schemes. Even i didn't apply scholarship in college that they provides for ST/SC people. Becoming greedy makes everything problematic.
Thats the kind of people we need in this country, who is true to their own self and even to the country’s policies.
Sc St reservation social discrimination ko Durr karne ke liye diya gaya hai. Ye gareebi hatao yojana nhi hai. Almost har din verbal mental social religious abuse face karte hai ye log chahe ias ips politican businessman bhi bana jaye. OBC reservation is already 27%
No need of OBC caste census, reservation is not going beyond 50%
But may be reservation gets reduced if caste data comes.
