    Love the content. Would you consider doing a review on the Honeybaked ham company? Interesting business model. Curious to hear your thoughts!

    If you are buying a location for just 350 and with a partner. That would be a better option. That would put you at 175,000 per person and expect ROI a bit more early if the location is good. Any thoughts ?

      Probably better pizza brands. Can find a well priced acquisition though!

      Location is the king. Do you think SFO is a good location for a pizza joint?

      @@Vettedbiz I feel it is better working with a Partner. You always need a silent investor. Lessen the risk will also lessen the profit but one can keep on increasing the outlets as per success level.

    so will this be passive or will you have to be there and run it even though there is a general manager there?

      Hi! Typically if you just have one location the franchise will expect you to be involved until the location is running smoothly. Then franchisees can typically have managers or assistant managers handle most of the day to day.

    How is 1.6 million dollars low cost lol. It's cheaper to just open your own pizza place.

      Theres a lot of reasons people buy franchises its a whole different thing than starting your own restaraunt.

      You wont have TV commercials or the app for the pizza portal or name recognition
      That's what you pay for

    Where’s your break even? Is geographical location affect opening ? I read 150k was suffice, if you have it liquid.

    Hello, if my brother and I wanted to franchise together, is there a way to apply to become a franchisee together and show both our assets and incomes?

    • @Vettedbiz
      @Vettedbiz  3 года назад +1

      Great question! It will depend franchise to franchise. A few will consider the combined net worth of the investment group. In your case, this would be you and your brother.
