this reminds me of the skate 1 mod called "Fence Be Here", which adds a bunch of fences that don't really restrict you, it also makes the game look a lot like skate 3 now that i think about it... wait a minute...

I've never actually played the full game of Skate 3, but I did play a shit ton of the demo, and this video just reminded me of a couple glitches in the demo that let you get past the barriers keeping you in the demo area. You can actually get pretty far out of bounds, and there's a bunch of walls and floors that just don't get loaded because you weren't expected to get out of the demo areas.
I love how every "You just clip through the ground" is so casual, like, entering the backrooms is just a normal part of life

Future reference: Consider saying "Transition" instead of "Vert" if you don't wanna say the short version. Saying "Vert" isn't really accurate, as that's more-so a reference to a half pipe. The word "transition" in skating means, generally-speaking, "on ramps", not to mention that the word you changed is short for "Transition".
For further clarification... Tony Hawk skated vert, Ben Raybourn skates transition (youtube if you aren't familiar with Ben).

Also the stuff under the map could have a few reasons to being there but most likely and most common for developers was to put items that they needed to use a lot of under the map to make asset duplication easier and faster. The rail specifically was probably used for that in making the map. The stickers could be a lot more reasons. Stemming from a bored developer messing around, to the stickers possibly having some code embedded in them to trigger and or spawn something, i.e. queueing in the rest of the hall of meat challenges after completing the first one, or spawning a pro challenge etc. Or it's just another asset they used a bunch.
"Incredible" is an overstatement.
I'm surprised that you can still find content to make on Skate 3 and make it interesting and funny, keep it up dude!

there are different size baseplates for skateboards. The ones that didn't fit in the promo shot are obviously the shorter base plates.

Curious if the skate promo deck uses old truck bolt measurements. Trucks from the 80s/90s used a different spec, and some trucks even still had those holes into the 2000’s.

my main complain was that I was getting videos recommended to me about these spots from average joes. No real complaint if people didn't know about them, just that youtube thought no one did 12 years later.

@@Syphrus yes for the crane you can climb some rocks run across them then walk up the crane. for the out of bounds mega park you go to the first set of stairs and if you run into a rock while holding rb then press y when your about to hit it
0:50 those may be old-school mounting holes, I've got old Indy trucks that have two sets of front holes to mount them on old-school boards
