Get your brokers license. Post your truck PUA (Power Unit Available) in the Chicago area and see how fast you'll get loaded! Hell, I posted this more than once when had a trailer. Get a great load. Drop your trailer somewhere and get the $$$. If you're leasing a trailer, carry it to their yard and tell them you gotta get your truck worked on! I got a load from Firestone from Wilson, NC to The Port of Los Angeles and charged them 11,000 dollars since I had to deadhead back. They paid. In Los Angeles I rented a trailer from LA to Chicago for a load paying $6000 then loaded out of Chicago for a plant 30 minutes from my house. This was over 10 years ago. Gotta play all the angles especially now or park the trucks.
There is one thing you did not show , How many miles did you run ??? Take your net money and divide your miles into it and that is how much a mile you are netting , If you do not net a $1,75 00 a mile , That's not very good at all , Not for the cost of fuel and the wear and tear and parts today
@@tallgeeseheavy5311 No problem , I was thinking about running my Peterbilt power only , That's why I was interested in the miles how many miles that you running
@@joeferreira7382 I have 2900 miles booked for this week, and it’s not a great week, I booked my week too early and I should have been more patient , but now I have to see it through. Will do full breakdown next week
Are you taking loads for what the broker is listing them at? Most guys make a counter offer. They offer the load at $2000? Offer $2800 or so....or MORE. All they can do is say no. Why settle for $200 for a load when you could get $2500 or more for the same load? $500 is a lot of biscuits.
@@tallgeeseheavy5311 lol so the give u the price to ur buisiness. You wouldn't have that problem if you put in straight connectors instead of that elbow connectors
Will do it right one day lol
Need to have someone clean up that shift extension. Those 90 degree elbows are your problem. Not to mention all the zip ties look kinda jankie
