Instead of dividing the terrace into two parts, they should have had a big front terrace. The back terrace has a very stifling view and is really a space that wont be accessed at all.

Great presentation but the high price is only due to location . Everyone can see that neither the build quality nor the fittings are ' international ' as proclaimed by the gentleman. However , people will still buy at high rates thanks to area and location.

Was thinking the voice is similar like Prakhar ji...didn't know this your new channel, good...Instead of tiles, marble should have been used and lift should also be there and with the huge space interiors could be better as it's basic raw interiors..I think it's phase 1 inventory..

The house was definitely not built as per international standards as told by that guy bcoz fall ceiling are now really common in india and that's obvio they would have in abroad but we see only tubelight in every hall or any space it was really dim dim and didn't match the vibe. But the other villa of that diplomatic thing was really good i must say
