- *Clearly I was lacking caffeine while filming this because you definitely cannot get 2 uses out of this. It will brew all 12oz! There are other Keurigs that give you the option on how many oz you would like brewed. Please disregard my craziness :)
Hi! This is my review and demo on the Keurig Mini Plus! I got the white one and i think its so cute and sleek!
This is my first coffee maker, so having something simple was very important! Hope you enjoy :)

Thank you so much for this wonderful video. I spent a half hour on RUclips looking for step-by-step instructions. All I got were basically advertisements for this. Then I found yours! Going to make myself a cup of coffee now.

When I first heard of this particular model I was very interested. My older bulky keruig finally died so now for a new one. Most likely keep it in my room since family doesn't take care of anything. Have instant access to coffee when I first wake up

Yep the plug is very short. That would be the only downfall. Target is the best! Let me know how it goes!

I have the same model. I keep mine in my room also. I have a little coffee center setup where I have the Keurig, a sugar shaker, some Mini-Moos, and I'm all set. Don't have to go anywhere. I love it. It's so cute.

The power cord is not that short, its 2 feet long, you can pull out the cable. It has storage to keep the cable in the base.

2:13 so if you put 12oz of water into the reservoir and only want to use 6oz of it (to get ‘2’ uses out of it) how does that work? Wouldn’t the machine brew all 12oz? How would it know to shut off after 6oz?

Great review! I have heard it is better to brew 6 ounces for a better-tasting coffee. Do you agree or not?
I definitely do! I used to do 8-10 ounces but now I always keep it between 6 and 8 :)

How often do you fill the water reservoir?
It’s a single use, so you will need to fill the water each time. I do 8oz every morning ☺️

Can you tell me if one has to wait long to brew a second cup?
My kuerig mini plus shuts off in the middle of brewing. If I keep turning it off and on, it may finally dispense the water, and it’s cold. This happens occasionally, not every time. It’s my second mini. I thought the first one was just a lemon, but this problem happened with both of them.
My quirky mini sometimes sucks the water down and then shuts off. Sometimes I have to unplug and replug it to get it going. And sometimes for no reason it makes 2 clicking sounds when its off and I haven't used it for hours or days. Like I said. Quirky.
I wish i known there was a plus verison before buy the regular mini. But it was for $20 on offer up and i couldnt pass up the deal!

It doesn't boil water, it just heats it up to 89 degrees celsius. But yes, it can do that without a kcup.
You can't choose different cup sizes?
You can! It depends how much water you add. The K-Slim does have buttons for the different sizes though ☺️

I brought a second one I thought I had a defective one turns out they all make loud noise

I got this Keurig mini last week. I’ve had the older classic keurig machines for over 12 years, one failed after 3 years, my last one I’ve had 7 years now no problem. I wanted more counter space this time as the older machine was soo bulky. The mini was aesthetically pleasing, super small, easy to use. The overall feel of it was very cheap plastic. Good for a college dorm or mobile home on the go type place. The coffee was WATERED down each time. I used less water to get a more robust consistency. It tasted terrible and I used the exact same steps as I do with my classic Keurig. This did not measure up AT all. I returned it to the store.
Oh no I’m so sorry to hear that! I do agree the plastic feels pretty cheap. This is my first coffee maker so unfortunately I didn’t have another to compare it to. But thank you for sharing your thoughts. I may need to upgrade in the future. 😊
I have this one. It's a little quirky. We have one of the bulky original ones at work and I have to say it makes a much hotter cup than the mini.
