Personally I eat those with seasoned vinegar to cut through the grease (vinegar, onions, sugar, chili and a bit of salt and pepper). Also I feel bad for Amiel for eating those, those look like they've been sitting around for hours. Freshly fried ones are the best.

Amiel says things out loud during filming, it's just easier to master sound when it's recorded separately. I think he has said he rerecords his reactions - so his gestures are genuine just not very real lol

Just gotta say that the batter isn’t orange because of magic sarap, its either we use orange food coloring or annato powder
also it seems like they didn't make the batter crunchy and thin enough? the sauce also apparently overpowers the eggs which imho means it's a bad sauce 😩 nothing can truly capture the street version...
Also magic sarap isn't a spice mix. It's one of those fake-a*d seasoning powders like rostip.
Personally I like mine with little to no sauce so I'm able to experience the full taste (plus flies like to land on the open sauce containers a lot and I got amoebiasis cause of it once-)
