Thanks for sharing this great Kebab with us . In our country they use garlic mayo sauce , pepper sauce , ketchup. Next time I will try it as you do with no sauces just the tomato lettuce and onion and salt . A Kebab on the street in the Caribbean sells for US 6.00

in germany they actually just add yoghurt as "sauce" and some hot spice. a few kebab joints actually do have a hot spicey sauce. but just salad + spices + yoghurt is the average type
If you have Good and quality meat you don‘t need much extras.
Tradiotionally we use lamb meat that is no older than 6 months. And we add „tail“-lard to that meat which gives that special and natural aroma.. 😍

@@mrfairact8662 you realize this video is sped up right? It took hem probably 20-30 minutes to prep those 5 kebabs. 500 is a huge exaggeration. 50-100 seems more accurate

these random places, with little tables set outside were always the best kebabs, and street food in general. Not been to Adana in 12 years :( miss this kinda stuff so much.

Yes thats True but the Problem is when u live outside Turkey and u like it its very hard to find good Turkey Restoraunts i was 9 times in turkey from Antalia Alania Istabul etc. and there is so mutch good food but in Austria it´s maybe 20% of the same taste =((((

People! Stop with the hygiene comments. Are you in turkey so why complain? Have you no where to eat but this seller? His customers are not complaining. The locals don't have same practices as western world always. I quite enjoy watching the preparations. I do wonder how hot the booth gets. He appeared to be comfortable 😀

Перчатки, перчатки, перчатки. В них он и фарш перемешивал, и деньги считал, протерев руки бумагой. В финале на большом пальце перчатка лопнула, и все бактерии, которые копились под перчаткой ринулись в еду. Потому-то и надо мыть руки сто-пятьсот раз во время приготовления еды, а не вот эти вот "перчатки". Потому-то и выхватывают люди диарею в таких забегаловках, потому-то воды у него там нет, чтобы руки помыть. И не только руки. Но. Готовит вкусно. Нет вопросов. Но опасно)))

ja ne is klar der türkische kebab meister macht 500 kebab´s am tag ........er braucht knappe 10 min für 3 stück also 432 in 24 std. aber in der türkei hat der tag bestimmt mehr als 30std. türken sind einfach toll..............

A la vitesse ou il va tout seul, 500 kebab par jour c'est impossible, même s'il y a la queue h 24 devant la boutique.... il faut déjà 4 mn pour faire cuire la broche et monter le sandwich, au moins une pour la commande et l'emballer, et tout autant pour préparer l'appareil.
500x10mn= 5000 mn= à 83 heures.
Même s'il ne fallait considérer que 5 mn pour tout préparer cuire et monter ça fait la moitié donc presque 42 heures, sans pisser, sans chier, ni manger ni boire ni dormir..
Une journée fait toujours 24 heures, je le rappelle; et je ne parles pas de la quantité de viande et de légumes salades qu'il faut sur place....
Faut apprendre à compter avant de faire des titres putaclic....
Déjà maître ça le fait pas ...
c'est clair , en plus dans son bouiboui il n' y a pas la place pour stocker pour 500.
il n'a pas d'eau, mdr la salade lavée à l'arrache à la fontaine

lamb mince, thick minced, not minced few times, lamb tail fat %10-30 prefered way, if you can not find tale fat normal fat will due, capia pepper small diced, spices red sweet pepper little, pepper flakes, pepper paste very little optional, salt, let the meat rest than put on skewers to cook..

from 1:00 to 1:30 it took him 30 second to put the meat on the skewer! multiply half of minute by 500! 500X.5=250
or 4 hours and 10 minute
even if takes one minute average from start of cooking to get the sandwich ready, even considering with that little grill cook 10 skewer at time some times! that's another 8 hours and 20 minute!
so far we had 4.10+8.20= 12.30 that's 12 and half hours, not considering time he has to buy meat ,bread ,travelling time, his own lunch and break fast time and sleeping time
AND THERE IS ONLY 24 HOURS IN A DAY!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I agree he might sell a lot of these but nothing more 150 the most, considering how busy he can possibly get, and waiting time in rush hour will be 20 minute or more for any one past the 8 or 10th in line

Um 500 Kebab´s pro Tag verkaufen zu können, müsste er pro Minute einen Kebab verkaufen und 8,33 stunden durchgehend arbeiten. Mann kann auch übertreiben Junge :)
Der verkauft höchstens 100 stück am Tag. Nichts desto troz, die Kebab´s schauen sehr lecker aus!
