I'm a Real Estate Broker, This is such a great conversation about business... heck, it even applies to my profession. Some brokers need bigger companies to guide them... while others can save their money and be independent and be successful on their own. This is a very valuable interview to the young people who want to be inspired.

THE most important part of this entire interview for me was when both Luda and Tyrese starting talking about being an independent artist. It starts at 24:47. VERY important! I worked in radio in L.A. for 7 years and caught a glimpse of the "label control" that they speak on. I watch a lot of these and this was definitely a good one. Especially the comments about Mary J. Blige too. Good stuff!
