dude that part explaining the first glitch gave me a headache because how fast the informations were told, you should have done it in slow motion ngl

just change video playback speed
it also took me a while to get the hang of it. some tips: the character is supposed to put the phone down by themselves and then when it is in your back pocket you w+space, not instantly. configuring controls like putting some commands on your mouse also helps so you dont have to hold both hands on the keyboard. and dont hold any weapons in your hand. a channel named markgaming has a nice in-depth one with controls showing better

If any of you are doing the steps and still struggling, it's due to the creator of the video forgetting an important part of the glitch. If your "Phone Special" keybind is the same keybind as "Jump" the glitch will never activate, thank me later.
