So, how much clearance do you leave between (rotor and stator) and do you need to worry about wear and tear as well as heat expansion during operation? And can a pump like this be used as a hydro-motor? Further, is this what you do for living as an engineer, or just a fiddler? Although, I assume no one has money to throw around to buy SolidWorks just for play, eh?
This was good. FYI, You only need to suppress the gear mate while you re-align it. Un-suppress to lock it again.

Can i do cdf anlysis of this model in ansys because i m unable to do it.
