Glad you enjoyed them both! Just watching this video made me want to replay Lost Judgment. Something about the side content in that game gives me dopamine like no other.
I love this content. It boggles my mind that you're not over 50k subs yet.. So I'm leaving my comment/like to move this along. Cheers. Also just like the content.
Fantastic discussion! I really need to make Judgment a priority because I love Yakuza so much! Also, I had no idea that it was a bit more serious in tone so that’s interesting to note.
This is such a great video! I loved it and it makes me want to replay the Judgement's and spin off game. I also really hope there's a 3rd Judgement as it's such an amazing series.
I love the judgement games the developers are just on point with their games. The first judgement gets a bit repetitive with the constant tailing missions etc but lost judgement solves that problem significantly and also mixes up the story quite a bit.
Yeah Lost Judgement fixed any complaints I had about the first game. Less of an emphasis on doing the detective stuff and more action/story. The perfect balance I think.
@@feiitogaming Yakuza will be quicker to finish if you focus just on the main story then can always return for the goofy side stuff if you're still wanting more
Gaming for over 30 Years now and don't know why I never played a Yakuza before last Year. Absolute Masterpieces! Has become in 1 Year one of my favorite Game franchise.
Oh man. You weren't kidding. I wish I could articulate what I like about Lost Judgment but I can't. I don't know what it is about Lost Judgment. I downloaded that game on a whim because I couldn't find anything to watch on RUclips. I don't think Judgment is better than Yakuza, but I'll never forget what it did for me. Gaming was my passion since I was a child. And for so many years I lost my passion but I still paid for Playstation Plus and Games Pass because I always held out hope I'd come across a game that could spark my passion up again. I'll never forget how randomly I found this game. I watched the trailer. I thought it looked cool. I downloaded it, but expected absolutely nothing. But I genuinely got hooked. And when I suddenly walked into the "Survive" bar. Oh man. That was it. I was like, "WAIT A MINUTE! ISN'T THIS THE SAME BAR AS LIKE A DRAGON!?!?!??!!? IS THIS A YAKUZA GAME!?!?!??" This is the game that made me give Like a Dragon another chance in spite of that 3 million yen quest. And I'm so glad. This ge single handedly reinvigorated my passion for Gaming. Even though it's technically not my favorite. This game single handedly inspired me to play games I've never thought I'd like. I'll never ever forget this game. Even if it's technically not my favorite, this game is easily my most memorable game of all time
Ummm actually, there is a crossover. In one of the substories from Gaiden, Kiryu met and fight 2 characters from Judgment. You forgot or accidentally skip it? 😁
Never played either series (because I'm a filthy Nintendo weeb), but I reckon I'd really enjoy both for their different reasons respectively. Maybe Yakuza a little bit more because it just sounds so fun and zany at times 🤣 Great video bro!
You can play Judgement with little to no knowledge of the Yakuza series, certain things or phrases might confuse you just a tiny bit but overall you can play it without any reference!
If you did not already, i wozld like to hear your oppinion on wold map exploration in ff. The fames up to 9 had all an world map to explore. Which gave the world scale and means to hide secrets for later Exploration. I loved it but this was lost with ff10 which aside from that was my favorite ff to day. So whst do you think woild love to see an essai for this. Stay well and habe a wonderfull day.
Yeah, I consider the Judgment series much better plotwise and more relatable than the mainline Yakuza, but Yakuza 0 is still a masterpiece I'd put alongside J/LJ.
I prefer the story of Judgment more, but I won't deny that practically everything else in Lost Judgment is marginally better and has my favorite combat in the series so much so I dedicated my channel to no damaging the bosses of LJ
Yeah I gotta admit the story of Judgment was incredibly engaging. Once I got into the game I was hooked and couldn’t stop thinking about who could be the mastermind behind it all. What a thriller!!
By the way, Yagami could literally, unironically eviscerate Kiryu if they fought. And as much as I hate saying it, Yagami could eviscerate Ichiban too. Yagami literally has godlike powers. Like unironically.

Yeah the whole game was a rush!!! Loved it!!

Also just like the content.
Too kind - thank you! Just lucky to have hit 10k last week so who knows!

I can personally guarantee you will enjoy those two games so much!!! Get em up on your portal!!
Loving the RGG content and amazed how you blitzed through each of them!
Yeah it's been super fun every week playing a new game!

Same! It really makes me want to replay them.😁

These games are definitely on my list of games to check out.
The spin-offs look amazing.
Now I just need to decide which enormous series I dive into first, after Persona. Yakuza or Trails? Can't decide 😅
You know what my suggestion is!!

Immovable object vs an unstoppable force

Definitely a very memorable experience for both of the Judgement games!!! Glad you enjoyed your time with it!

So does no cross over mean you don't need to play Yakuza at all to play the Judgement series? Or would you still recommend an order?
Not in a story way, but you will recognize the recycled stuff from the main series and vice versa.
