    I decided to make 2012 compilation video, not to just inspire and motivate others, but also myself to work even harder and progress more in 2013. New age begins, Living Legendz, prepare...
    Big thanks to Little BeastM since he is my teacher and I respect him the most among community. Biggest thanks to my lovely Niki, as she is the Moon of my life. And I am so happy for all the love and support she provides me with.
    Hail to whole SebeRevolta. Lets make 2013 even more sick!!
    Special thanks for motivation:

    This was the original video that inspired me and many others to begin street workout and weighted calisthenics, as a result this has inspired me to push myself further each day! Respect Adam, Littlebeastm and Dominik Sky! Without you I wouldn't be where I am in strength and happiness, especially after my first 50Kg ATG pistol, the TRUE experts in the game! pistol squats forever! Total body forever!

      Harbinger Training choose whatever you want. But to get big or strong or powerful legs you have to put your muscles under stress by giving them resistance to work against. And if you don't overdo it with pistol squats they won't hurt your knees 😉

    2020 here. I was 20 when I watched this video for first time. Now I am 26. This video helped me so much to get motivation every day ,every night for so long in my born land Colombia. Now I am living in Sweden and still inspires me. I feel so old but still with that light inside me to continue training hard for ever.
    Cheers Adam. Thank you by giving us so much inspiration.

    Brother, I guess I dont have to tell you I am amazed, but I've got one question. Since you do some weightlifting like deads and squats too, what do you do for you upper chest? It looks pretty good despite of doing only dips and planche push ups.
    Thank in advance for your response.
    Szacunek z Polski!

    • @Hybridkepz
      @Hybridkepz 10 лет назад +10

      I think all those movements that he does target pretty much all his chest so :)

    • @12AaronRodgers12
      @12AaronRodgers12 10 лет назад +2

      When you train the way he does, every exercise stimulates the entire body, and stimulates maximum muscle, hormone, and body adaptations, therefore your whole body will look good throughout. Deadlifts will make your chest shredded even if you never do chest exercises.

    • @kristiankingston5547
      @kristiankingston5547 10 лет назад

      12AaronRodgers12 Dead lifts will make your chest shredded? That's not at all true. The increase in test levels would enhance any chest growth occuring but dead lifts alone will not grow your chest. There needs to be stimulus/stress to the pectorals.

    • @12AaronRodgers12
      @12AaronRodgers12 10 лет назад

      Kristian Kingston I guess it depends on your definition of shredded. Deadlifts can enhance stimulation and adaptations in the body unlike any other exercise. and yes you will/can get lean all over the body from total body exercises like the deadlift or squat.
      If you want your chest to really pop a little more, or so much to the point its disproportionate to the rest of your body, then yes you would may do chest specific isolation exercises to supplement with the rest of your training, like a bodybuilder may do. Im doubting Raw does that, advanced push ups and dips will stimulate the chest, along with the rest of his exercises and diet will allow for his bodyfat and muscle mass to be where it is.
      Personally I know a guy, literally all he does weekly is a dynamic warmup, then spends hours a day heavy squatting and deadlifting, and he has some of the biggest pecs and shoulders I have ever seen, despite never doing any chest or shoulder specific movements.
      Too many people get the impression you have to target specific muscles in training, to be ripped when in reality you don't. If youre going for the bodybuilding look then yes throw in some pec flys and muscle specific shit like that to help, otherwise get a well rounded functional program that targets all your major exercises whether it be through weightlifting or calisthenics, or gymnastics, and youll be good to go.

    There is an enormous amount of upper body mastery here, but only one clip of leg movement. even though it was an awesome and super strong pistol, please encourage people to do more squats, footwork, jumps; there is so much calisthenic work that can be done for legs and so many people neglect it

      One question only: Why? I myself find this video A LOT more entertaining this way. What is it with some people and leg training? Cmon they guy showed 50kg pistol squat. I understand if the guy had no strenght in his legs but he obviously does. So why more legs?

      id suggest going the gym , most gyms have a dip and chin up assist machine which u could use 3/4 times a week and gradually lower the weight until eventually your able to do them with just body weight. keep doing your push ups idprobally try doing like 40 at least day no matter how many you can do in one go( they will get easier pretty quick if you keep doing em).
