I just watched this video - twice - and I suddenly felt EXTREMELY light. Because I actually am. I weight 64 kg (I'm 16) and despite this my OAC are not as good as yours, nor is my planche. Your relative strenght applied to your size makes you the incredible Hulk, I'd say... and given that now I see I have no excuses to not train hard, well, this is the most motivational video I've seen in a while. A very long while. Total respect.
just wanted to say thank you for your videos, you are a major inspiration and as such I have managed to accomplish a pull up with extra 20kg weight for 1 good rep :) I will continue to add more weight over the coming months, but thank for the inspiration in helping me get to where I am!
Thanks! Glad to hear that. I dont use failure training often, just sometimes for the pump. I train pure strength - so as often as possible with just as such intensity so I dont destroy joints and tendons. I train every day.

hello i believe that best leg excercises are jumps and sprints, its also most natural and keeping body agile. SO i do alot of jumping and for top power moves i bet on pistol squat and both legs back squat. thats basics and staple of my leg routine

such proteins are the best becuase they are concentrates, not isolates and because they are made from grass fed raw milk whey only in low temperature process. SO u get more native nutrition. Also they dont contain any artificial addons or sweeteners.
when i have top level food i never use protein based supplements. I used in past tho. If u use em, go for natural, without sweeteners and chemicals, low temperature made from raw milk preferably (warrior whey, miracle whey fro mmercola etc.)

You are 186 and weigh 96 kg and can do this while looking sooo shredded.. I showed it to a friend and he thought it was freakin insane! You conquer everything in calisthenics haha Great work keep it up, I'm trying to catch up at age of 16
