We all know DEYA for being one of the leading hazy pale breweries in the UK, but there's more to the Cheltenham haze merchants than meets the eye. We met up with Head Brewer, Gareth for a walk around the brewery and to see how they've adapted their original brew site into a Mixed Fermentation project.
