Agreed, I would love to see Max do a tour of Italy in the same detail that he has toured Turkey. I don't think most people are at all aware of how varied Italian food is from region to region, not just your basic panini toasted sandwiches, pasta dishes and pizzas/calzones, like you would suffer in a typical European Italian restaurant, but so much more. 👍🏼✌🏼🕊️
