I just purchased the Prime 1100 model. During the burn in I kept getting a “the device is in thermal insolation mode” tip. Could you tell me what that means ? I haven’t been able to find info on it anywhere.
1 year and your question still not answered... so much for hope for customer service ...why do a video and not follow up with potential customers much less neighbors... high dawg boy .😂
