Every team is visually appearing to me as red and I can’t tell which team I’m fighting, how do you fix that
just checked for you and i think i know what the issue is. go to settings> gameplay> should be the first one called 'use enemy team colors'. make sure this is on. good luck!

laptop with a 3070, ryzen 7 5800H, 16gb ram upgrading to a 4070 super, ryzen 9 7900x3d, 64gb ram desktop (laptop wasn't bad but i can't play during summer because of the bad cooling and things like video editing are very slow. i also wanna do some stuff with unreal engine 5

and your PC is like mine but I just have a ryzen 5 7600X CPU
64 GB ram are very useful for running VMs I use them all time
I upgraded my PC in febuary this year
my old PC had a intel I7 8700 and internal 630 intel UHD GPU with a single channel 8 GB of ram
