I had a drum kit at his age and practiced nearly every day. That kid is several hundred thousand times better than I ever was. I hope these kids keep playing. They're all talented enough to persue music professionally but I hope they play for themselves too.

I grew up with Corey and all I can say is when he made it big it changed him I mean seriously when has he ever done a show in his home town he forgot all about friends he had.

Corey Taylor just said the other day that Slipknot would be able to move on without him. Then this video drops. Coincidence? I think not.
Sounds like something stupid he'd say. I get the showing humility thing but Corey seriously undervalues his own worth. I've been a fan since '99 ish and 100% all of us maggots would fully reject any other vocalist in the band. There's no other vocalist around with the chops like Corey, passion/range/depth/song writing abilities all wrapped into one massive neck just doesn't exist anywhere else right now
