    It is interesting to see some of the comments below, referring to this video as BS and complicated, that any good atheles does not think. any good athelete was once a beginner. Exercises in this video are notonyl good exercise for beginners, they also teach you about body awareness, and to be agood athelet you need good body awareness. Body awareness means less injuries.

    I guess these glorified cheerleaders have to convince ppl that the more COMPLEX this stuff is the smarter it makes them look.

    I wonder if Jim Brown Gale Sayers would have been better with a "movement assessment' lol glorified BS more confusing than anything practical.. GREAT athletes don't THINK about movement,, they just MOVE,,, doing more damage than good.
