    I think Etsy has changed the time frame. I'm getting reviews within 2 days the items are delivered.

    This video showed up in my feed at the perfect time! I usually get 5 star reviews, but in the past week, I got 2 one star reviews from angry customers and it messed up my star seller badge for December. I've already gotta 2 responses within 10 mins! Thank you!

      So happy to hear that! I always go on a asking for review spree whenever I get a negative star review to offset them lol

    Would you also add to this email that if they have any concerns about their purchase that they reach out to you prior to leaving a review so that you can address their concerns?

    Yes! This is what i do when the order comes in. That way if there is a issue they respond to my message rather than immediately put a bad review.

    Can this be retroactive, or does the feature start working on only the orders coming in after it's activated (still would be great!)? Thanks, Christina!

      I dont think the emails can be retroactive, but you can do the manual way retroactively

    One of my consumers bought a t-shirt in August and they want me to reprint it because the print came off. I don't know what to do. Please can you advise me what to do in this case?

      Send a picture to printify and see if its something theyll replace, but I doubt it since it was so long ago! Then its up to you to decide to cover it

    Im not sure about this 10 days cooldown period after the product is delivered. Last time I received my first review after 4 days since the product was delivered

      Ah perhaps they changed the time frame! they keep changing it, last I had heard was 10 days but perhaps theyve shortened it.

    Does this work for digital download products too? That they can only rate after a few days? I have been doing it manually when people order but I still don't have any reviews even though I can see they have downloaded the product? I don't have money for Everbee right now. Should I send out another request a bit later?

      For digital downloads they can review them after theyve downloaded them so you should be able to reach out the day after! I wouldnt send more than one message though as that could count as spamming customers
