Currently living here. Love the community but it’s so so overpriced. The rental market is way too high & families that once made the community are now moving out. A 5 bed (really it’s a 3 / 4 bed semi in the UK market is now priced at 350,000aed a year. Add in your land tax and dewa you are talking circa 380k. £80,000 a year. For a house that cost £550,000. It’s insane. And sadly too many empty houses due to the cost and families leaving. When the price comes down, and families return it will be great. But until then expect a lot of empty houses sadly
20-30 millions (dirham of course) for a Villa..(7 millions euros) that's far from everything.. dont believe in how much time related tò distances...you get into a traffic jam and It Will take you AT LEAST ONE HOUR AND MORE tò go anywhere
