If I was on the voice us with Blake I'd block him if I was on the voice us with niall I'd block him. And if I was on the voice australia I'd block guy and finally if I was on the voice uk I'd william
Some dumb idea in non-US versions, apparently. Really shouldn't be allowed because it takes away from the spirit of the show: only being able to press your button when your back is turned to the contestant. The coaches shouldn't be able to block with any more information than the voice itself.
That block by Jess was really sad for the contestant. I damn sure wouldn't have chosen her team to be on. The blocks have caused a lot of misery for the contestants and the stars too.
The aim of the game is to win is it not? Jess is a fantastic coach and she fought to have that girl. Jess took out the one person to make the playing field even for the other coaches not just herself! That girl could've chosen Rita or Guy if she wanted too so obviously she picked Jess for a reason.
you really defending her in every comment but what she did was straight up uncool. If she wanted her so bad, should have done a better job training her@@vebyh2060
The was brutal lol u can see the tears in her eyes. I fee for her. I didn’t know you can block after the chair turn. She should have picked right away before the pitches then hear what they have to say lol
Okay but the other singer beat her fair and square in the battle... there's literally no guarantee the outcome would've been different if that girl was on Keith's team. It's not like that girl was targeted, she just lost the battle because the other person had what Jess was looking for more than that girl.
I'm not a fan of the blocks. I feel a contestant should be able to override a block if they want. Why punish a contestant because celebs are playing a game?

Honestly, i personally don't really like these "blocks." I get that coaches among each other want to "fight" for their candidate. But i think it is sad for the candidate as well if he or she wanted to be on that coach team.
I agree and if they turn before the end, they should not be allowed to block while they were talking, especially with how excited he was… found it rude
It’s honestly not for us it’s for the show it just makes it more interesting and people watch more it’s just a marketing tool they use. If someone get block people talk about the show more. Aka us right now lol
@@guillermo5095 You probably have a point. But i do find it sad for the candidates. Let's say you're a singer and you wanted to absolutely be with a specific coach. But now, you can't because that coach was blocked. It really must suck...

I hate it when they block the coach that would obviously be best for the contestant. Like, I get it. You want to win. But please, let these contestants have their best shot and send them to someone who would ACTUALLY appreciate them, unlike the first coach.
I hate the blocks, because it just ends up hurting the contestants & its their career thats at stake, not the Judges. For example: Jess blocked 🚫 Keith & then didn't know what to do with Kaylee's talent & she ended up being let go in the next round.
to get an amazing singer like Kaylee Bell on my team i would block ever single one of them.. that is a one in a life time preformer and "Keith" is a once in a lifetime song...

They shouldnt be able to block someone after the song is over and all the chairs are turned around. They should make it a rule if you want to block someone, they have to do it before the song ends.
Yes l'm also not in favor with the "Blocked" because on the part of the candidate it seem like some kind of depraving him/her in some way what if the blocked coach is really they wanted to be with😮😢

I don't think the blocks are fair to the contestants. They should be able to freely choose their coach. Do away with the blocks, completely. I do like the steals and saves however. Gives contestants a 2nd chance.
when they put the block button in the mix it did nothing but take away from the people who sing from being the best they can be .. it is petty .. underhanded and ridiculous and in my opinion, takes away from the professionalism of the whole show
