Wow, as for Newfoundland I still find it to be cost, if I’m paying a 6,654 CAD as tuition and I still have to pay special fee of 11,282 CAD. Isn’t that hilarious, maybe there’s something I’m not getting right. Kindly shed more light. Thanks.

For most research masters, they are in school all year round, 3 semesters in a year...Some other masters program are for fall and winter, and break during the summer.

Thats why I said it is not the cheapest in some programs.
