That was awesome of you!!! I never thought a water bed frame like that could be salvaged. Way back then, my hubby built us a frame. I hated that waterbed. Especially after the dog had puppies on it.

Great job as always. One thing came to mind relative to your masking of legs or pipes for Margarita Machine carts. If you use aluminum foil you will save a ton on expensive masking tape and it stays put 'till you're done. Give it a whirl and I'm sure you'll be a believer. TV in the OC

When I was younger, I used to wonder why older folks seemed to always have a sour expression on their face, and now I understand. They aren’t crabby by nature, they are in PAIN! Your videos always warm my heart, but this one really topped them all. I have been collecting furniture to restore for close to twenty years. I have a good-sized barn-style shed with two lofts full and an area in the basement that's about 10 by 12 stacked full also. We are in the process of going through every room of our home to donate to our county's food pantry thrift store. I've been planning on talking to them about my donating furniture that I restore/refinish as I'm not sure they have the room. Maybe I should ask instead if they know of anyone that needs furniture. They are run by the local Christian churches, so they may know of those in need other than food too.

I love this! We had a waterbed for years and I loved the inferred storage. Later years my hubby built a pedestal bed for us using the same idea. Great job saving this piece. That knee...OUCH! I am a repeat offender 15 years apart Right ACL. I have found VitaminD3 and magnesium helps me tons. Plus if it's being rude some apple cider vinegar heated with raw honey. Stinks like hell but pulls the swelling and discomfort quickly. Give Emily hugs from me up in Colorado 💗🌲💗
My husband's knees are very bad. He had surgery on his kneecap on his right leg and damaged his quadriceps on his left leg a few years ago due to an accident. His legs hurt most of the time especially during cold weather, so I've seen the misery from up close. Damaged knees/legs are no fun at all. 😓

You can also look into kids aging out of foster care. They usually help get them in to a apartment but they have nothing.

It’s better now thanks! After several surgeries on my other knee it’s always a worry that it maybe permanent when stuff like this happens.
