Just discovered them last night! I'm a new fan, keeping Rock alive and well! I'm geographically close to Austin, and have heard the name thrown around, hope to see them live sometime.

Haha. I saw these girls open for Amyl & The Sniffers back in October and I was blown away!! I asked them after the show if they were Black Sabbath fans and one of them gave me a solid NO. Lol. Then the singer looked at me like she felt bad for me and gave me a very enthusiastic YES. 😂😂.

I agree with not destroying an instrument. It's always pissed me off seeing it become a cliche artist dramatic expression. Except for Oliver Ackerman, bc he's a mad genius who repairs them and engineers effects pedals in his leisure and charity

Nah. L7 may have been one influence, but this band doesn’t sound similar enough to be a “copy.”
Never unstood the hype around this band. Its like the saw the movie "The Runaways" and said lets do that. They can't play their instruments but they are hot so thats the only thing they got going for them.
@@joed7185 I just saw them live opening for Amyl and the Sniffers. They are definitely the real deal and put on a helluva show. They can play their instruments just fine and any technical shortcomings are easily overcome by attitude and stage presence. This ain't prog rock.
