Okay first of all who would be dumb enough to stand in the middle of the racetrack when there is a herd of racehorses coming towards your way what would you be dumb enough one of those horses ran you over they would not be at fault second of all I saw a video of this horse race that had to be stopped because it had the same situation where the gate got stuck on the track and third of all holy cow man that number 10 horse was in the lead and he or she was so far ahead when no other horse could catch up I saw a little boy who is standing in the middle of the racetrack there was a bunch of racehorses coming towards him and and a few of the jockeys and where like what in the world how did he get onto the truck

Off = racing. Tautology. Horses do not come from a mile back.

He was clearly thrown off balance. Horse went right, he was leaning left and then the horse quickly changed direction, throwing him off balance. With stirrups that short it's near impossible to maintain balance, it seems he took the safer option trying to dismount before he was thrown off balance over the jump.
Poor horses. Greedy owners start them so young to get the most out of them. Then if they don’t win they end up discarded to who knows where.
