For anyone coming here PLEASE look this up and try it. Baking soda, and Blackstraped molasses. Both are cheap! I've been talking it for about less than 2 weeks and already noticed a difference!. I drink it in the morning and before bed. It's 1 TEASPOON of both. I would do it during lunch, but I'm at work and don't the the ingredients. Also, I've been intermediate fasting. Only eat one meal a day. I only do it at work. So I work 3 or 4 days. then on my days off I eat normally. I'm also off 3 or 4 days.
So I just wanted to tell ya'll my everything I'm doing. But so far. My Hard lump on my lower back is really soft and defiantly shrunk i size. I was even able to push it all the way down when I was massaging it. I was never able to do that before. I've had this thing for at least 2 years. And I had similar results with Apple cider viniger with mother, but not this fast or this much of a difference. If it happens to go away completely I will update.
Please try this. It's cheap and worked for me. I know everyone is different. But I really think the fasting and the mix is the key. I hope everyone the best.

@@inharmonywithearth9982 it was working great, then I stopped. It was so small that I would push it “inside” me. Then I started going out and hanging with friends. It grew a little bit. But I pretty much forgot about it. To me the cleansing part wasn’t that hard after a few days. It’s being around friends and family that will make you “fail” lol. But serious it works well. You just have to keep up with it if you want it completely gone. Or until it’s a size you don’t mind.

Thx for the info. The time spent making the video really helped. I am just exploring what is going on with a small bump in my leg and this video helped. I originally thought that increasing my runs from 3 to 5 miles was the cause of a bump in my shin, but my GP suggested it was a vein issue - which didn't jive with my eating and exercise habits which really hurt my attempts to be fit for the past 3 years. I have a small lump in one of my legs on the shin that only shows up when I stand up and the GP said it was my veins - and recommended special socks. My legs have zero fat, so I thought it was serious, but the fat legion actually makes sense as apposed to a vein - since it is in my shin. I am good with a bump that doesn't hurt and visable in my shin only when standing, and is soft/not-painful when moved around. I wished I read this website before I went to the doctor so I could talk -the- talk when he suggested veins.... Thx

I had a rapidly growing lipoma smack in the middle of my occipital region. I was scared but I had it removed and cultured. It was for sure a lipoma. A year later I noticed a small lipoma-like lump on the rib cage region. These things are annoying. All I pay is a $20 copay to get them removed but it means I have to wait 4 hours to get my lipoma removed and 2 weeks recovery, which sucks.

I have allot of these. My first one I had at age 19. These are fatty lumps. I spent over £1,000 on homeopathic pills, all that doctor was interested was in making money. PREVENTION -eat raw vegetables, especially RAW TURMERIC ( whole Haldi)- add a small piece to curries while cooking that will soften it and easier to chew. Eat OMEGA 3 foods, nuts, seeds, flax seeds, apricot x2 , don't eat too much white bread, prawns , soy sauce, sugar, fatty foods, Pepsi coke fanta cake, fried foods. Doughnuts. CAUSES are LACK of CIRCULATION so start using a brush to scrub your back n body, use exfoliator, then after z shower apply cream/ lotion to the whole body including neck bum, thighs, back arms legs .And please do exercise, start by gentle walking for few wks then add brisk walking and dancing to your rouitene, warm up first. Never exercise or take shower /swim after food as if causes heart attacks, seizures n fits. Never drink water/ anything straight after food either. Love n light from England

Yeah, I have one on my lower back. I just notice I have another one below that! So now I think I need to take it seriously. It doesn't hurt, and frankly I don't think there is a point to go to the doctors until it hurts. But I've been intermitting fasting for the past week. Not only do I feel great, I feel the lump moving more and I think getting smaller. Along with fasting I just started Baking soda, and Black Strap Molasses (Unsulfered) mixture. It's supposed to help balance your body and kill off any C word problems. If it does get better I'll come and let you know (If I remember)
But I don't think surgery is gonna fix the underlying issue. We have to change our eating habits and give our bodies time to heal, along with the nutrients we need. I'm getting to the point where I can not eat for the day. But I ear normal on my days off. So I'm slowing down the process most likely. Hopefully I will be able to do a few days of real fasting (not eating) just water. But baby steps.
I hope you look into the remedies I've mentioned. It's basically free/dirt cheap. But I hope we can get rid of these things!!

I had a sebaceous cyst yhat exploded because I couldn't get surgery in time. It caused the worst pain of my life for about 90 days. Cont..
After that, a few months later I developed massive cysts all over the body - all over my neck. Intestines, groin, and stomach, left side o spine - maybe 50 of them, from a quarter inch to one inch. I could hardly even eat because they were like fire burning all the nerves along the entire spine.
In one single day they took 5 xrays, 2 CT scans and an MRI. . My bones broke for no reason a few months before, crushed thoracic, three broken ribs, resulting in 3 more inches of height loss. My red platelets had been dropping for some time and white raising. I also had a huge lump under my arm for about 5 years but it would shrink and grow from day to day. Then I started having a sore ear and problems with focus.
Then one day the left side of my face froze (forever) as well as my bottom lip which also had a lot of pain but no MRI would be available for many months. One day the paIn was so severe that I had to call an ambulance, but there was nothing they could do but put me on opiates so I checked out of hospital 5 days later.
I also had a prolactin pituitary macro adenona and Lyme disease so couldn't have cortisone shots. I also developed 3 thyroid nodules. They said that an old breast cancer had teturned (without doing a biopsy) and I found out that they knew about this 6 years ago but no one told me.
Much of the spinal bone had dissolved, calcium level was high, and the cancer was also pushing against the brain making my left arm numb.
A new large sebaceous cyst is now forming in the spine again and I'm terrified it will burst again. Also terrified of melanoma and possible rectal cancer because I have had a cyst there for about 10 years too and had many skin conditions.. I am now no longer allowed to see any specialist whatsoever because they have writtem me off as a dead patient. So yes, even soft lumps can be killers. Some are slowly going away but they are all still excruciating and I have also nowf lost bowel and urine control.
This happened in about 6 months with about 140 lbs of very rapid weight loss and I live in terror of another spinal cyst explosion because it feels the massive lump at the bottom is huge again. I fear I have extremely bad infection in the spine that will soon spread through the brain. It's already right on the edge of the brain now. So if you get any kind of lump check it out right away before they write you off as dead.

May I know your diet and sleep schedule?
I ask because I had a similar situation and thought I also had the flu, which made me not want to eat. I found that I suffer from a mix of:
Nightshade allergy (tomato, potato, et cetera)
      Wheat, nut, chocolate allergy
      Seafood/fish allergy
      Egg/ milk proteins allergy
Excessive mucus due to allergen exposure
Anyway I’ve written off physicians and started a food journal to arrive here.
Started keto, then alternate day fasting
All of my symptoms are gone.
Every other day I eat an avocado. Sometimes I’ll have lamb chops
I get my sleep and water - with 72 hours of these I felt better.

Same think changing your eating habits will help. I've been doing a fast. 1 meal a day. and just started taking baking soda with black strapped molasses. I've just been doing the mix for less than a week and already noticed a change in size and feel. It's really soft. Before it was really hard. I would really add the mix to your diet if you still have it. Oh, it's one teaspoon for Baking soda (not powder) and one teaspoon of molasses. I do it once in the morning and before bed. But people with serious problems do it 3 times a day. Anyway, I've written this like 3 times on this video, but I had to let someone know and hope it helps. Good luck!
