2 things. 1. Dont be afraid to roll the dough out with a roller, it may not be hip but itll always work. 2. Crank that heat up to almost full and put the door back on it. Let it stabilize the temp for around 15-20 minutes, itll be ready to cook a pizza in about 3 minutes if that. Remember when ur cooking it, that bottom stone is running at 430 but ur top stone isnt gonna be that hot to cook the top of it evenly. Nice pizza btw
