Training with Caio is always phenomenal, having the opportunity to narrate one of our rolls was a unique experience, truly one of the highlights of my BJJ journey! Thanks again to Caio for the incredible hospitality, and for posting this video so I could share this with all my students, teachers, and friends!

Hi nice video thanks for sharing. At 1.20 Caio legs goes over the limit of Rob. Is this not forbidden in nogi?

What is that ankle lock called at 6:39? And what is that move/position at 1:51?

+Lloyd L got the same question of that ankle lock, Frist I thought that was a kind of a knee bar but definitly an ankle lock. some one knows?

Cudos 🙏 for putting up a roll with ur better Rob! It show's ur cup is empty and the reason why i buy into ur 💩 and have purchased ur product's with Stephan etc (WELL recommended by the way guy's!). ALOT of people won't show a roll with them being tapped. Your as good a teacher as you are a Jui-jitsuoka and that's rare nowaday's. Your Physics and Angles (Can't spell Gyomitry 😆) approach isn't only a new 'Angle' (Boom, boom, Get It!) on teaching BJJ, it's completely True! By application. Simplifies Jui-jitsu down to a more Basic approach which is much easier to learn than the endless 'Technique Collecting' and is more like demonstrable Concept's that put techniques into group's, which obviously narrow's down the endless technique remembering into a Frame, Hook, Post, Force Vector, Rotational Control and Proxy as well as Direct and Lever Based Rotational Control etc, Are a great addition to the Celebral side of Jui-jitsu, which i think is 'EVERYTHING', as isn't Jui-jitsu the superiority of the intellect over the Physical at its Core ⚛ anyway?....
