I've always found the part where Gavroche sings about Eponine ironical because in the books they are siblings, Gavroche just never cares because he hates his parents and loves living in the city.
Seriously. He's about as out of place here as a pinata in a funeral parlour. His voice is too breathy and weak for the role. I almost feel bad for him; it's so obvious everyone else is on another level.
Yeah it's a shame. He has a nice voice but it's just not strong enough for this kind of thing. It's especially obvious when he's immediately followed by Ramin lol
I think your being mean to say such awful things about the Jonas kid as you called him ,,, I personally thought he was very good but then who am I to judge ,, you obviously think your the judge ,,,,,,,,
crowe actually acted the part better, for example, in the confrontation and in the two arrests. lewis and qwast acted many of the scenes too angry. Crowe added depth to the charecter. of course, its two different media.
IT'S JAVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRT!!!!!

All though he dies, I think he is better off in the streets because he has the friendship of The Students(members) of the ABC
I'm sorry but Ramin's "Before the barricades arise!!!" kills me every time
I KNOW RIGHT?!?!? That note on “rise” (an F4), that’s his sweet spot right there!! Chills every time!
Ramin plays enj so beautifully it givesme chills when I hear him 😸
@@justinlamphere2950 I was wondering what note that was! Goodness, it's so beautiful! I've caught myself playing just that phrase on repeat.
he really should have been in the movie. but he would have showed up Jackman and Crowe
@@marchess7420 Hadley does show them up and he is just the army officer
5:09 - My favourite bit of the whole musical
Javert's melody is so good, it's insane
OH my gosh me too!!!!! The way he sings "girl" is soooo good
I love the 25th anniversary javert’s performance
Me too! I used to like Philip Quaste a lot, and still do, but this guy did a great job 😃👍
Norm Lewis!! If you haven't already, I higly suggest that you look him up.@@caveman3021
its the police disappear run for it ITS JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s your pfp for me
Ooh, I’ve been wondering what she was actually saying. I could never quite understand her. That makes a lot more sense now
I love the end "everyone about your business , CLEAR THIS GARBAGE OFF THE STREET" the way he says it
Norm Lewis as Javert will always hit all of the spots in my neurodivergent brain.
REAL

5:39 kills me always remember how he acted it; also Samantha Barks in this
Her raw voice is so beautiful I can't 😍

But Jean Valjean is Javert???
You might have misunderstood the musical
@@barmybarmecide5390 Bless your heart
Inspector Javert is hunting Jean Valjean for tearing up his probation
Such a glorious presentation of this musical... until that Jonas kid shows up. UGH.
Geez dude

Robbie Woods I feel bad for him as well, but from an economic standpoint, I think they are trying to get his fans to watch/go to see/get into Les Mis.

Crowe was definitely better than this Javert *ducks*
Excuse me?
Someone is tone deaf :)
Were you dropped on the head as a kid? Russell crowe was sort of out of place for javert. Out of match with the other voices
Yeah, you better duck!
