UnitedHealth Group CEO Andrew Witty is testifying on Capitol Hill Wednesday about a crippling cyberattack on the company in February. CBS News Homeland Security and Justice reporter Nicole Sganga has more.

UHC takes their Federal Medicaid and Medicare contracts off shore to be managed. You can’t protect people’s personal information in other countries. They do it in every state where the contracts don’t prohibit it being sent off shores to be managed by out of the country staff 😮😩😱
