Whenever you see a man or woman in military uniform, make your way to them, hold out your hand for a handshake and then say, "Thank you for your service to our country." They deserve those words, whether you believe in the necessity of wars or not.

This video captures everything I've been thinking about these situations: 1) the beautiful reunion but 2) the questions surrounding the backwards rationale for delaying the reunion in favor of the "show". Wife is right when she asks quizzically "you got in last night??" I would rather get home 12 hours sooner to hug my child than put on a show for sports fans I don't care about.

If you don't like these type of videos, no one is forcing you to watch it, so watching something you do like. And don't Dis people who are fighting for your rights and other stuff. be happy that it's not mandatory that you fight for your countries.
