- My patio and pool area makeover has been in the works for months! I thrifted all the furniture and did a lot of shopping😊 Designing this space to work for our family was very exciting for me. Not only did we need a place to relax and unwind but also a DIY🫶🏽 workshop area for me! I love a good challenge and our patio and pool area is beyond stunning! Getting those DIY and furniture flip projects done feel so much better now, some weekends I can work a little and still enjoy my family and watch my son belly flap 💦LOL
I shopped EVERYWHERE for this patio makeover. Costco, Lowes, Ikea, HomeGoods and of course I thrifted some. I found amazing thrifted furniture on FBMP and I couldn’t be happier with my finds. I LOVE real plants and foliage and decorated with lots of them.🪴🌿🌵

Beautiful. Instead of pulling the curtains when company comes, grab a few white linen tablecloths and throw them over your work stations. They can be repurposed as serving/staging areas. You're welcome 😊

Love , love, love this transformation. Just one tip , try power washing the pottery barn cushions. They will be good as new.

Everything looks great. I love thrifty finds! If you have a power washer, I would try washing the cushions with that before you toss them. I did that with mine and they look like new. Just let them dry in the sun really well.

If you come across a small discounted outdoor patio paint in a pretty blue you could paint the inside trim around the pool to bring in some color.

hi just landed on your channel today. the first video was your most recent with the vintage diy art. you really made the most of what you have and made your pool patio beautiful, very inspiring. ours is hideous. it's a small backyard with a pool taking up the whole center with a concrete deck and stones beyond all around. we have a covered area outside the kitchen window and glass door but it's taken up by all the pool equipment. in the 5 years we've been here, I've wanted to paint the equipment and just make a lovely sitting space. I'm very interested in the shade/screen structure you have around and over your pool, could you link it or tell us more about it? thanks.
Thank you for watching Terri! I love connecting with everyone here. To answer your question, screened lanai and patio enclosures are usually done by a local company to your area. I live in Florida and it helps a lot with keeping bugs away from the area we spend time in. 🫶🏽🫶🏽
