    One of the old men said something very interesting : "thay are just interested by money". He is absolutely right. The situation is complicated in the sens that DPRK people do not share the same values as typical "capitalists". Unfortunately South Korea is just a 52 State of USA, even if they don't realize it. Situation is so messy right now in the capitalist world, that people should do their best to understand how works the Juche system, and that countries should find their own way, building a New Era on its rules... Unfortunately, people should first change their way of thinking, and it requires a great amount of will, patience, an energy... Do we have all of them ? Not sure.

    While Iranians who become parents outside of Iran assume that their child has magical superpowers, Mongolians typically believe that their children born outside of Mongolia must be weaker because the children were not born in Mongolia.     how is slandering the north side going to help the peninsula? do they want peace or power?

    Plenty of defectors actually get tricked and kidnapped by traffickers in china and often held in solitary confinement by the NIS. Most defectors seem to be loyal but unable to return, because they get denied passports by the SK government.

North Korea suppressing its people's access to the internet and info outside the country is definitely violation. If you guys really care about the people, give them freedom to choose what they want in their life.

    you can agree or disagree with some parts of what they say, but the main, valid question they repeatedly ask:
    what world will we build with such people? or following their beliefs.
    in the past, this too, would have been more relative, but we experienced a lot, and now we know how it works, and that letting those decide about the world is bad idea.

      I know. The three channels from the DPRK website 조선 의 오늘 DPRK Today have also been deleted due to a legal complaint.
      This relates to the sanctions and affects channels that have direct connections to the DPRK that I don't have. But I will not switch to a platform that hardly anyone knows and where I have no reach. YT has a monopoly, it's shit, but it's reality.

      @@comonbrahs8018 For security reasons, tourists cannot be allowed to move around the country without a guide. The DPRK is still at war with the US and South Korea, both of which reject a peace treaty that the DPRK has been demanding since the 1953 armistice agreement. A country at war must protect itself, every tourist could be a potential spy.
      However, Chinese and Russian tourists can move around a little more freely, but are still monitored.

      Я знаю, но ссылки на эти сайты менее убедительны, чем подобное видео на русском языке. Мне уже не раз приходилось сюжеты из КНДР с английскими субтитрами предлагать всем интересующимся, но понимающих английский среди них не так уж и много, к сожалению... И мне тоже задают вопрос, почему же наши корейские друзья не соизволят сделать перевод, если они заинтересованы в дружбе с нами? У нас в стране сейчас нарастает недовольство капитализмом, особенно на фоне пандемии. Это вызывает интерес к современному социализму, который сейчас есть только в КНДР. Но множество штампов буржуазной пропаганды, вбрасываемых в общественное сознание господствующим классом, мешает объективному восприятию видеоматериалов ТВ КНДР. Среди них наиболее устойчивыми являются мифы о "голоде" и о "бегстве" с севера на юг Корейского полуострова. Поэтому-то и хотелось бы побольше таких материалов на русском. Это помогает преодолеть ложь буржуазных СМИ о единственной пока на планете стране социализма.

      ​@@greenalert7821 Сами по себе СМИ КНДР не способны прорвать информационную блокаду со стороны СМИ и сетей буржуазных стран. Ютуб-каналы и страницы в соцсетях постоянно удаляются. Новостные сайты находятся в информационной изоляции и почти никем не читаются, не смотря на то, что на них материал уже переводится на разные языки. Выйти на массовую аудиторию и разагитировать ее способны только местные левые силы конкретной страны, которые имеют связи и являются носителями местной культуры. Но где эти силы в России и какую они проявили инициативу для того, чтобы донести до людей хотя бы то, что уже публикуется? Зачем СМИ КНДР снимать репортажи на русском, которые никто не будет смотреть? Вещание на запад хотя бы имеет смысл ввиду определяющего значения которое имеет западная политическая повестка для положения их страны. Да и внимания к КНДР и то на западе больше. А "дружба", при всем желании, со стороны российского народа пока что проявляется лишь в виде полной апатии этого народа в ответ на санкции, которые Российское правительство дружно ввело против КНДР вместе со всеми остальными подстилками пиндосского империализма. Так что левые в России могли бы и сами потрудиться над тем, чтобы отыскать и распространить информацию о КНДР, которая в достаточных количествах находится в открытом доступе, и если надо-перевести, что сделано например сдесь ruclips.net/video/kRhlxiFaZMg/видео.html

    PhuOng nuna, I curious can DPRK citizens marry foreign from country who has good relationship with DPRK (for example China, Russia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cuba, etc)? In case a DPRK woman can marry foreign and live abroad in her husband's country, but she never spread a hatred lies about DPRK, will she still treated as _North Korea defector_ too? 🤔

      It's quite rare but has happened before.
      Look up Ri Yong Hui and Pham Ngoc Canh. DPRK woman and Vietnamese man who married.
      There are also actually quite a few Japanese women in the DPRK, though they are pretty old now!
      In the 1950s and 1960s, many Koreans living in Japan moved to the DPRK, some of whom had married Japanese women. These Japanese women followed their husbands to the DPRK and stayed there since.
      (Background information - There were (are) many Koreans in Japan since Japan colonized the Korean peninsula in the first part of the 20th century. In the 1950s and 1960s, the DPRK was richer than the ROK. Facing discrimination and hardships in Japan, some of these Koreans in Japan chose to move to the DPRK.)
