I'd need a comparison directly vs the Crush Evos, which I currently have.. I personally think the Evos are extremely refined in the highs and mids while providing skull pounding bass so it'd be interesting to see if the difference is significant outside of the smart featurea/ANC
In my humble opinion, the evos are better if you're looking for a cheap but good sounding pair. But, if you've had those for a while and you want an upgrade, I'd spend the money for thr new one. I just got them and the highs and mids sound wayy more full and ambient. Plus all the features feels like overkill. Hope this helps

ik im late but ive had evos forr 3 years and "upgraded" to ANC 2's and theyre just not as good in any way. its a downgrade aside from the lackluster ANC and stay-aware mode

I picked these up at Walmart 1wk 1/2 ago and have really been enjoying them!!!
I played around a lot with the EQ and different settings this past weekend. I found a sound and spaciousness that I’m really digging 😎
I kinda bought these out of curiosity (I’ve never owned a Skullcandy product before). A couple hundred bucks is kinda a lot for me right now. Honestly I’ve been impressed and do not regret my purchase!!!

Last pair was XM5 Sonys. These bring the much needed bass more than any other headphones!

I have had the original crusher ANC and those have lasted me a good couple of years but sadly they have to retire as they are already starting to get some wear and tear. Literally as soon as the ear cups started to come apart the new anc 2 came out. It was like it was a sign to upgrade to some new crushers. They have definitely improved. It sounded a bit bland out of the box but after adjusting the EQ and the personal sound system, it definitely made a difference. I hope these last as long as the originals
The bass on the crusher anc 2 suck compared to the original crusher
@@Revelation1177 the OG crusher with the wires on the side we’re alright but not the best. I owned those but didn’t like them too much since I can hear a spring in the headphones every-time the bass hits. It’s like those headphones had a mechanical bass slider while the newer ones are electrical. The evos had a weak bass to me. The ANC and 360 versions were good. The new ANC 2 will take some time to grow on me.
@@silentagony1019Does the Crusher ANC 1 have stronger bass than ANC 2 with full bass setting? I use Crusher ANC 1 and Evo. ANC 1 has significantly stronger bass than EVO, especially at low volume and that's great. Is it worth upgrading from ANC 1 to ANC 2 if I'm only interested in that brutal bass like Crusher ANC?
@@JuranID to me it’s hard to tell as I’ve gotten used to the bass. I’ve always liked the Crusher ANC 1 compared to the crusher EVO as I’ve tried the EVO before and wasn’t that impressed by the bass. The crusher ANC 2 does have a deeper bass and does feel punchy when you adjust the EQ to your preference
That wibble wobble on the camera when you're testing the crusher levels, that totally fits 😂
I still have my 2nd generation of these crushers after all these years. The first wireless. No ANC but sound great.
When it comes to earbuds, I have the Jabra 75T. Killer bass ass well for an earbud. Their app is also great, you can customize buttons.
I own the Hesh ANCs but am interested in these now that they frequently run them on sale for $139.00. I like the appearance but I already have a couple of pairs of budget headphones with stupid bass on them. So....the jury is still out! Thanks for your review!

The Original Crusher ANC were my daily drivers till they broke, after that I went to Sony and Bose, it didn't work for me, finnaly Skullcandy released the M2 for the Crusher ANC and I am back, I know the sound is not as Sony or Bose but Skullcandy just work for me, right now this are my Top 3:
1) Crusher ANC 2
2) Momentum 4
3) JBL Tour One.

Slider had stopped working for the 3rd or 4th time, volume down had broken and headband padding had ripped at the glue seam lol

But are the earcups any larger or deeper, because that's why I never went past the crusher Wireless because I have big Obama ears and they are still too small and it seems like they've never made them any bigger since the original Crusher?

I have the original anc and the Crushers anc 2, and yes, the New headphones are a bit louder.
@@MikhailFeltondoes the ANC 2 also have this brutal bass like the ANC 1. I have Crusher ANC 1 and EVO. ANC 1 has a lot more bass than EVO, especially at lower volumes.

Now after some years I bought many of other headphones,like Meze 109 Pro ,Philips Fidelio X2hr/X3,sony xm4 sennheiser pcx 2 ,momentum 4 and many more .

You must have had a pair from 2010 then cause they have been doing very well from the 1st crusher release to now. I’ve owned every pair of crushers and also had the Sony WH-XB900N and I still chose the crushers. They are without a doubt the best bass headphone you can buy.
