  • How to be the TOTAL PACKAGE and become a high-value woman. High-value woman, becoming THAT girl, leveling up...In this video, I talk ALL about entering your high-value era✨🥂 which is an accumulation of the entire level-up journey. Early on I highlight the difference between a high-value woman and an average woman so you really understand that high-value women partake only in the top 1% of behavior, leaving the normalized, yet disempowering stuff alone. They know it doesn't serve them. High-value women are at the highest level mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically, working every day on this as a lifestyle and discipline. I break the video down into those 4 core areas to work on specifically in order to enter your high-value era. Starting off with emotions - you must have your emotions in check. As a high-value woman, it is a non-negotiable. Dominating your triggers, putting yourself in situations that trigger, and then building a tolerance to them so they don't affect you and you move away from victimhood. I share an important daily formula to accomplish getting your emotions in check: T.D.R.R.A. Next, I move on to talk about the spiritual phase. Emphasizing that prayer, gratitude, and meditation WILL change your life and that the main pillar of life is connecting to your soul and source through prayer and meditation. In this section, I also talk about honing in on your values and beliefs, as high-value women are very motivated by their values. 3rd phase - physical. The phase that encourages you to get an exercise routine in place, connect to your body to enhance your sensuality, and outline YOUR signature look. Lastly, I cover phase 4. which is mental. All about building mental resilience, building a bank of knowledge so you can talk to anyone at any time and expand your skills. Subscribe for more self-development content :)

That's true seriously . I have a crush on my senior and due to health issues and my mental health not being nice I wasn't paying attention to my clothes my health ,or face.still I talked to him normally and he was amazed with my personality.he was gone away for sometime but he came back idk why and the crush feeling crept up again.i started taking good care of myself and he noticed.actually everyone noticed.he started giving me advice to be selfish like hell and to put myself first.i liked him very much now,but idk whether this will move on or not.cuz he is an introvert too and I am too.we are basically twin flames .so in order to make it work it still needs time and effort.and idk we both are ready or not for that.

Yes this is true. I’m in my selfish era and I have the most amazing man now. When I was stuck in the “I must be a martyr for others” mentality from growing up in religion I attracted an abuser. I have a chronic illness so even tho I do often look unkempt from dealing with pain, he loves me through it all. He encourages me to be selfish, and tells me I deserve it. He’s amazing

Yeah do exactly that too be everything they hate, act like an entitled princess and they will bend and start making exceptions for you because they know if they don't your not even going to work with them because you have standards too but they don't match his standards and if certain requirements can be looked past they might even weirdly change there view point for you but keep your eyes open for guys like that too because they still may be looking for a way to sabstoge you and mold you into the exact kind of woman that they want you to be they never really changed there point of view they just lied about it a little bit so you wouldn't see that evil side of them that everyone hates.

I am a mother of 3 grown beautiful children and I am in my 50s. A high value woman is a Proverbs 31 woman. So do a little homework and go look at Proverbs 31 in any Bible. It's classic and eternal wisdom, because human nature doesn't change, and its principals guide you into the understanding of how life works. Invest in yourself and your education, develop your mind and your spirit, be modest, always kind, wise as a snake and gentle as a dove. Don't put any man on a pedestal, don't chase any man, ever, and keep your legs closed and your standards high. Consider these words. Good video.

I am a bodybuilder and I have drill Sargent vibes and men/woman are constantly serving me, offering me attention, gifts and food…AND I have a man. They don’t get to have me the way he does, and he loves that I am desired by men and is happy with him.
Being in your fullest means having that something, that discipline, that stone by which you grind your sword. I happen to be a mountain woman, and I love hard work. That’s what sets me apart. My strength, intelligence, style, confidence, my scent, my hair, my muscles…you have to dig into yourself. I did a video on this. Discipline is the shovel that digs the gifts if your mind from deep within the grave of suffering.
Now be you and turn the volume up until your joyful ness on being you is heard by all around you.

They did the work and I can do it as well.

True that a healthy selfishness is essential... and that we don't play it too safe. Take the risk in being fearless, unapologetically bold and the most important for me is emotional intelligence. Glad you bring that up. As far as ego, in the common sentiment, it appears like arrogance or bravado, in essence we can not have self esteem without it. Read 'The Six Pillars of Self Esteem by Nathaniel Branden, it helps shape everything you're saying with the support of the psychology of self-esteem.

Self value is very different from being selfish. You can of course imitate outwardly being a high value woman, but you'll never really be authentically so. Self value is a refined inner quality you either possess or do not. Picasso said that you get 2 types of women - doormats and goddesses. It's an inner quality about someone - not a monkey see, monkey do situation. Like being stylish - you can copy style, but unless you have a natural eye for style - you'll always just be a copy cat. Self value has nothing to do with selfishness. It has to do with self assurance and authenticity from which flow other amazing qualities like compassion. People have become really superficial in their approach to everything. Living a life of depth is another quality of a high value woman. That has to do with maturiry. So you see - a high value woman is someone who deserves to be admired, but you can never copy or become her. Like beautiful art, you cannot capture her essence.

Dress modestly? Men's fashion has been conservative for a long time. Do they parade their bodies half naked with make up & jewelry to attract women? No. They create this system and place their worth on achievement and status.
They have been brainwashing us to place value on our sexiness, that out self esteem only based on our looks and body. Groom, style and correct your posture if you want to look beautiful. You can be sexy without showing off too much skin.
Men look sexy in suit &tuxedo so why women need to be half naked to be sexy?

Me too! However I am trying to look deep inside me to understand if it comes from previous insecurities and low self esteem. Because ultimately it’s deception. I’m hot. So why do I need to conceal apologize for that? Also it might be a low level self absorption because why do I feel like they care so much that I need to tone down my sensuality for them? Why can’t I just let my personality shine unapologetically? And why is it such a factor to me negatively that they are intensely attracted to me? And will I regret one day when my prime time is over and I never let myself enjoy my moment? And where else in life am I presenting myself as a beta and not the best version of myself? Am I a self saboteur?

Sometimes I don’t get these videos, it’s as if people just make up a perspective of themselves or they own lives and then report on it. It depends on culture, and environment, I cannot agree with much from this video. Knowing a certain man and seeing it reflected in the new generation of men, you’ll understand.

I'm generally good on all fronts except controlling my emotions. I hv a short fuse and often get angry at things I can't control. When you frame it as handing a playbook of your triggers I've recently started CBT-ing myself with that framing 😂 and I managed to not get triggered by certain things today even though I'm on my free pass. This is great!

Girl, I absolutely love your videos and you're down to earth, no BS way of thinking ❤ Can you please talk some more about the experience of moving state/city, especially if you did it alone? I'm romancing with the thought of moving alone to a completely new place, maybe even abroad but I admit I'm scared as hell, especially that it will be difficult for me to meet new people etc, so a video on it would be much appreciated:)
