Please look up why there are gaps on the nickel strips (over each cell). Those gaps serve a purpose, that you are not using correctly. Also, always check the voltage on cells that you are wiring in parallel. Don’t assume that new cells will all be charged to the same voltage when you receive them. Another issue: when connecting the BMS board, you should start with B-(ground), then B1 (4.2V), then B2 (8.4V), then B+(12.6V). Wow, the battery terminals are in danger of shorting out your cells. Perhaps some kapton tape or an insulator to prevent this? The charger you are using is only 0.5 Amps. At that rate, each cell in the 7P parallel arrangement will only see about 70mA. For a 2500mAh cell, that would take 35 hours to charge.

Hello there I have replace my no break battery by a Lithium one similar to that. However as the nominal voltage is 11.1V, when it reaches that the no break starts to beep quicker thinking that it is near out of charge, but it is not. Anything that can done about that ?

It would be around 15 ampers per cell. The question is: isnt it too much for one cell ?
