I already read a few excerpts of his book (in Dutch) in GP Magazine, and - unlike most other drivers - one really gets the impression that he wrote it himself, in his typically humble and down to earth style, expressing surprise when he noticed he could keep up with the big guys in the Indy 500, before realizing that he had become a big guy himself ...

Arie is a great embassador for any brand to have but as a Dutchman i might be a bit biased. My love for motorsports started when Arie raced in Indycar. To me Arie's succes on ovaltracks always felt weird because in Europa we don't race on ovaltracks.
