Epiphone Thunderbird IV demo/review : Christmas Day

- Christmas came a little early this year. So as present from me to all of you i did a demo of most of the tones you can get out of this bass. It is a pretty inexpensive pickup and a very solid bass. **Disclaimer no picks were used in the making of this video...*** like, subscribe, SHARE and comment down below what you think.

i've always wanted to own a thunderbird bass but I avoided buying it due to several stereotypes about it (like its only made for rock and metal). this video convinced me to purchase one.

I got an epiphone thunderbird about a year ago and it is great. Only problem I have is the neck dive when using a strap.
Foganewgon i onow this is a year old but if you move the strap button onto the top of the. Neckplate it will remove the neck dive.

Yo Bully!!! Wasup man! Nice get!!! I got a few reverse body joints. All worn down low for The greatest effect ( ice actually gotten noticeable comments on my Tone while wearing my Bass like this! Maybe something to do with the change in angle of attack on the strings?)
Anyway, great vid man! You know I DO Rock with mine!!! And play with a pick from time to time! I like the sound you got from that joint!!
I have the Epi TBird in TV Silver. Sounds great but I haven’t played it as much because I have 80’s Gibo RD which just sounds insane!!! I can’t really describe it but not many Basses can touch it! I thought about the Gibo TBird but can not justify the extra expense! I can’t feel or see the extra $$$ at all!!!
Kemet Kemet yeah man. I get the look I want and it sounds great stock. I'm still debating upgrading the electronics.
Mine was upgraded when I got it. Has some chrome pups that I think are from a Gibo and a Badass bridge! Looks super cool! Only thing I did was replace missing knobs with clear Top Hat knobs!
That Neck Dive issue one guy talked about is easily fixed... It a Google search away... Well known problem... You move the strap button on the back. I cant recall from where to where though...

Just wanted to point out that I noticed big muting flaws, at the 4:54 part , and on... that's a pity because the groove is so good ! Just thought I'd let you know/notice, if you haven't already ^^'' it's been a few years lol, but i've just randomly stumbled upon this video, and since you have such good level of playing already, maybe that detail in your learning slipped through ? Anyway, if it's corrected by now, then nothing than congrats for you, you're a god bassist ! Hope everyting works well for you :)

Hey! And what about the sterling stingray bass that cost arround 1000??? If you have some luck you can find it little bit more cheap, I know its not the same as the musicman, but sounds good! Check it!

Is it possible to make it louder by using the master volume and boosting the volume on the amp?
How is the balance of that bass? I prefer the look of a P bass, but the sound is pretty good. Especially that burpee sound.

Wasspopin. I just Bought my Fazley sunburst Bass Starterpack and i wondered. Was it hard for you to learn bass? I hear quite a lot of people saying that it's pretty easy?
