I knew you had this video up on your list but I wish I'd have remembered that last night when I sat trying to do it by myself and ended up with a yoke size for at least a 7 year old when it was meant for a 3 year old ha! You're such a gem, everything in this video is so well explained & you're such a gifted teacher. I think sometimes people forget how much effort and time goes into making these tutorials that are FREE & I think you get so much more out of them than a crochet course! Big thank you, as ever. Xx
Any videos for a Christening Dress please and the yoke new subscribers made your yoke for carrigan .im lrish northern Lreland . Thank you so much for your help xxx
I have been looking for a tutorial like yours. There are many crochet sweater tutorials, but this is the right one i would say. Every crocheter would love to see this. I have learnt how to make a sweater, no matter what size/stitch! Thanks a lot :)
Fantastic....I made a baby sweater in the Alpine stitch which I love and wanted to make one for myself. Now I know how ...thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Thank you for such a beautiful explaination....searched so many videos until you made it clear.Do make such videos, crochet lovers like me wait for these. All the best.
This is the best video of yolks..so very well explained with the measurement and graphs.. thank you so much for the lovely video..it was great help for those who are doing it for the first time 👍👌❤️
This is so amazing, wow. I did not know how to do the math, but you explained it very clearly. I am just starting to refresh my knowledge about crochetting. And this video is really a big help. I am planning to make a yoke for my baby girls 1st bday on January using the same kind of yarn that you used here. New subscriber here. Thanks and God bless. From the Philippines.
Thank you so much I always wanted to know how you guys calculate the numbers especially for the sleeves but you did a fantastic job of explaining it . I can't wait to try it on my own. Thank you.
Can't wait to try this! I will also be trying the round yoke you posted. Thank you for the explanations. I would love to see a tutorial for a v-neck as well.
Simona: Thank you so much for making this tutorial! I have seen many videos and none of them could tell me how to figure out to make an adult size sweater. With your very helpful description and the math to figure it out.
I'm so happy that i found this video...you are great... ،😍 Thank you so much for the tutorial....finally i have learnt that how to crochet different sizes and how to devide the basic chains...will try all ur patterns 😊
Thank you so much - i have followed your tutorials for both the circle and square yokes and have done the yokes very well. I can't explain how happy i am that have found your tutorials as it will now enable make to complete a garment. Its so marvelous.
I wish I found this video months ago well make that years ago. Let me be more honest a decade ago. This would have saved my life, my sanity, and my husband's lol. THANK YOU! I'm saving this to my playlist to have forever and for the set of babies.
Never mind I take it back....You never mentioned adding a turning ch in the chart. Instead of doing 9 DC you did 10. You then CH 2 and not 1. Which then messes up the entire stitch count. Then proceeded to put another DC in the same stitch. Which again messes up the stitch count. I'm so confused!
Bless you sweet lady this is a really excellent tutorial and so clear and easy to understand and follow along too. Take care and stay safe and well I send you kindness hugs from Sharon in England xx
Thanks, finally I found the correct and easy way. I an truly happy and I can start with my first baby cardigan.thank you again for sharing and making it simple for us novices.

Hi! Thanks so much for your video. It was super clear to follow. I was looking for how to measure for the yoke of a cardigan for awhile now. You just saved me $18. I was about to purchase a pattern on Etsy. New Subscriber!!!!!
Milá Simono, velmi jasný, stručný, kreativní návod, ihned podle něj začnu háčkovat pro svoji malou neteř Emmu. AM z Czech Rep. Díky, díky, krásné léto.
Great video! My 11 months grandchild insists on eating buttons so I need a pullover without them, ou that closes in the back. Do you think I can use this same model above and just use the back in the front? Do you suggest something more specific ou that might work better? I’ve been looking for crochet pullover everywhere and can’t find any help...
Yes you can use this for a pullover if you have the same in number of stitches in front as the back, or you can just use the back of this yoke as a front and leave the split in the back and put a few buttons in for an easy fit over the head and then connect it later on ,hope that makes sense
Honey can you tell me if you have done a video on how to add a hood. My daughter in New Zealand asked for a hoodie and I found your demonstration the easiest to follow.
Thank you so much for this video. I'm making something for my granddaughter and its PERFECT for what I was trying to accomplish. Some how I'll send you a picture of my project when I'm done with it. Thanks again...
