    "For some reason women of that age like me" They don't "like" you. They still love life. They still open. They still haven't got their beautiful wonderful perspective of life crushed. That's the difference between an older women and a younger one. A younger one can still smile at ANYTHING. Not particularly you. Older women just had stuff happened to them, developed boundaries so yeah there's a risk of them hearing you talk Roman and not liking you very much.

      He has not abused a single girl, as Nicholson has said he would have not hurt anyone. Do you realize age of consent is different and changing all the time, there was a time in past centuries when it was widely legal for adults to have sex with 12 year olds and marrying them. The truth is that it is the laws that should be questioned on a massive scale, because we all can make mi9stakes of breaking them because our nature does not fit them, some 13yo girls can give consent due to their developed maturity, some cant, some adult men are wired biologically for girls of that age due to their stunted growth steming from chlildhood trauma. We are individuals vastly different and laws should be flexible. Not saying that breaking them like Roman did was right, but we have to keep in mind that the truth is always nuanced and what matters is an intention. Our legal systems should be changed drastically based on what we know from biology. We make monsters out of people who just simply make mistakes and are not monsters at all. There is nothing wrong with adults having sex with underage girls from a universal point of view, it can be wrong only in terms of legal system that is constantly changing. Plenty of girls who had sex with adluts in those ages were not scarred, and neither Geimer, she was abused more by the media and flawed cultural morality based on what she said. Let that sink in.

    I just looked up the law in UK.. that legal age to get married 100 years ago was 12. This is just crazy to thinking about it. Now we as society blame Kuran (never been modified), Bible (which they modify as it suits them). To be honest imagine the laws before that if in UK 1900s it was normal to marry 12 year ild girl. I still cant wrap my mind about that the laws that wasnt even that long ago. Imagine the laws BC years (Before Christ) or other prophets.
    I am just not sure how Roman does not see that its not normal to be with somebody thats 14 years old. We as society need to work better together.. look how Russia is killing Ukranians and soliders raping girls it just makes me sick that 21st century Russians see this as normal. Ukranians are very brave people I would not want to live under Putins regime either. Ukranians are my heros now and one can only wish to have army and people like that.

I'm not a psychologist, I just mean let's look at a man's past and try to understand him instead of acting instinctively.

    • @bostonteapartycrasher
      @bostonteapartycrasher 3 месяца назад

      No, unless you start off with the presupposition that this is bad and/or abnormal, you can't get there logically. Arrested development is just a rationalization for excluding these relations from legitimacy. It's no different than when people believed homosexuality was caused by a lack of a masculine father figure.
      Most men react most strongly to females around 16-19+, but a large minority of men (around ~20% or so according to some studies) are either equally attracted to or predominantly attracted to females at peak reproductive value ~11-14 - hebephiles ("youth-lovers"). It seems nature has decided that girls this age deserve love, too, but feminists have decided that they do not, and by extension the men who love them do not deserve it either.
      I've talked to a few women from states in Mexico where the AoC is 12 and estupro (statutory rape) is only prosecuted on complaint if consent is obtained via deception. They said it's fairly common to see 12/13 YO girls out and about with their 20/30 YO boyfriends doing "normal" couple stuff, "as if it's perfectly normal," and it makes me want to cry. One of them said her 38 YO uncle is dating a 14 YO and goes over to her house all the time; he's almost the same age as her parents, and her parents love him. Nobody is forcing anybody to do anything; this is just what naturally happens if people are free to be with whom their hearts desire.
      The country I live in tosses people in prison for decades for this and still has the audacity to refer to itself as "the land of the free." What a joke.
