The biggest problem i see with digital dollars is the feds tracking every penny you send or receive.
They are already tracking our purchases. Every time you use your card, the items and food that you buy are assigned a code. This code is used to form data that can be measured and analyzed to answer questions, sell goods and services, and solve consumer complaints.They just can’t track the cash. Most people, especially younger generations greatly depend on their cards and phones to make transactions.

@@MsPinkston the thing is credit cards companies and commercial banks dont profit from surveilling clients or keeping a social score like china is trying to implement. credit cards companies and banks are obligued to give records to the IRS in legal context. the end of cash would able the government and the cb to track all the money and so end tax evasion and money laundring schemes. this was all a problem when bitcoin started being used to buy drugs, weapons and child pornography online. the best solution to it would be to ban all crypto from the face of the earth.

I try not to get overwhelmed every time society and the government gets darker. But seeing how conservatives were saying that democrates controlled by censorship news and social media in 2020 and recently the White House just said they didn’t like that the Supreme Court said it can’t censor anymore proves to me at least not to trust the government (mostly left but sometimes right).
This just proves Dave and his crew works for his masters just him not acknowledging this as a threat is mind blowing

FedNow isn’t getting rid of cash 🤦♂️ it literally is just an instant transfer service. If you use it to send or receive money, it literally deposits/sends $ from your account. That’s it.

@@MoePeezy Agreed! The mark of the beast is on the hand and/or the forehead. Symbolism from Deuteronomy in the things of what you do (hand) and what you think/believe (forehead). Those that believe in the testimony of Jesus and live out God's commandments will not perish. The actions and the beliefs of the false-seal of God (mark of the beast), are already taken place. But it's not being enforced yet.
The fact that so many people are already self-rationalizing it being used for ESG control is a bit scary to me, as that's right on point with the top theory I've found of how the biblical prophecy could play out.

Dave explains this as being a tool supplemental to USD to speed up transactions and that he wouldn’t have all his money in THEIR digital dollar. He then slowly slid down the slippery slope of understanding that a supplemental currency doesn’t make sense and that it would be a currency reset just in more words.

What Dave isn’t saying: Every transaction will be funneled through the Federal Reserve Bank. The new “digital dollar” or Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) will be programmable. Dave doesn’t realize the Federal Reserve is controlled by private individuals that will have total control.
What you're not saying: CBDC was implemented in 1996.

I am in upstate NY no signs saying no cash here yet.
I'll keep my cash because if I don't pay co-pays in cash, I get assessed the bank fee for using a debit card. I also use cash for gas because I don't need a gas station placing a huge hold on the money I have in the bank to protect their businesses. If I pay cash, it eliminates that.

The name is Programable Central Bank Digital Currency or Programable CBDC. And history tells they can switch currency without much issues in the mechanics. Bank Holiday followed by an announcement and a week later your bank opens up with limited access and you money is now CBDC. This is a control move.

We've already got check 21 which electronically converts your check. Check 21 is a federal law that is designed to enable banks to handle more checks electronically, which should make check processing faster and more efficient. Today, banks often must physically move original paper checks from the bank where the checks are deposited to the bank that pays them. This transportation can be inefficient and costly. Check 21 became effective on October 28, 2004.
There is no cash. You can't even expect to walk into a bank and pull out 10k in all hundreds right now.

It's not direct control, which people instinctively resist. It's rules, which we are indoctrinated to follow, but mostly by direction. Suggestions in ads and PSAs, relying on fear of pain and health issues, and to not socially fitting in. Well, I'm 63 and take no medications even for my diabetes, and I don't have a CC or mortgage on an automobile. I'm not very emotional about ordinary things.

After 9/11 banks now process checks electronically and actually know if the funds are good or not. They hold your funds 3-10 business days under the old rules when checks were flown to the federal reserve and process manually. The holding of funds is so banks can utilize the check deposit for an extended period of time to make money while you have to wait. When the laws were changed to process checks electronically they never change the so called holding period because financial institutions would loose the “float period” and therefore loose revenue.

Just like his $1000 emergency fund from 1990 is actually any kind of emergency fund at all in 2023. That starter emergency fund needs to be updated to at least $2500 in today's dollar. You have an emergency like needing a expensive car repair or your car won't pass inspection because you need new tires, that $1000 emergency fund is completely gone in a matter of hours, then one more emergency in a very short amount of time and you're back in debt. Dave can wrap up his million dollar empire in four short words "get out of debt". Don't get me wrong as Dave is great, but he has his place and once you get to that place you leave Dave to dealing with the people that aren't there yet.
