Excellent video. Did not grok dollar-not-collapsing-because-euro/yen/etc-worse logic, felt like a faux attempt to differentiate from other contrarians.
Really boring episode unfortunately. And the price for newsletter is astronomical when anyone that knows how to read can get the same data.
Disagree. The data is there, but try piecing it together better than he can. 😅
Stick with properties. Your other guests are offering no value. Too high risk, tiny reward strategies promoted.
